    Penetang is $19 for locals.. $23 for out of town (Full season $113 and $153). Still working on #1 son (councillor / chair of finance committee) to turn back the hands of time and make it free for everyone.. especially considering I paid for that fancy cement ramp with one years property tax on the plant's property.

    There is actually an advert campaign on right now to stop... lift ..and carry the turtles across the road by the back end of their SHELL, not their tail as it hurts them. Now loading it into your car and driving away... not part of the campaign!

    That's what the sponsored fishing "Pro" said when he picked up his Pro V the very same week I got my Baron in '07. He took off down the lake like a bat out of hell after telling the lads at the marina that he knew the lake "like the back of his hand". A banged up hull... 50+ sheared off rivets heads out of the hull and a new Opti later....

    Of all lakes to water test on.. I sure hope you have an actual shoal map and aren't relying on a Navionics chart (that's a good 200 feet off on Lake T in places).

    Not sure what model.. but fishing on Pike opener with Andy last year (on his birthday) and he was none too happy that two brand new St. Croixs snapped in half on casts with nothing but a crank bait on. He called Brian right from the boat to complain and it appeared it was a common problem with last years stock!

    Yep... Leah's Sport trac is a bi-weekly on air to 2 tires. Corroded rims that are a PITA to keep sealed. Has nothing to do with the tires... it's the Ford rims.

    Gotta stop drifting through the corners Jay!!.... Goodyear Wranglers on Leah's 2003 sport trac... it's second set of these in 188,000 Km and I think the first set on it went on about 120K. The current set on it.. good for the rest of the vehicles life or 60K which ever comes first. My '11 F150 has Wrangler ST's on it... 57,000 km so far and 10/32 tread left at last service in Feb.

    As of 3 pm this afternoon, Portage Bay is almost ice free from Town out to the O'Connor Island flasher. My neighbour checked my docks for damage this afternoon.. this time in a boat. NE Arm is still locked up... but should go in a few days.

    If the engine is tight... it's not the rusty blade causing it!!! Does the lawnmower have the safety brake on the handle.. you have to hold it down or the lawnmower stops? It's a brake, that locks the engine.. suspect that linkage / cable is loose and the brake is dragging.
