  9. looked around n found it, yes it is only for one person http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/template...&hasJS=true if the link don't work it's pretty easy to find on their website HT polar windbreak it probably folds for easy storage, but i think a person can make one so it comes apart
  10. 2005 yamaha kodiak 450, love it, had a busted seal in the rear diff, when i got it, brought it back and they replaced and been A OK since, seems pretty much everyone i know has an atv, all make and models, only 2 had problems, but more of a bad bike than make, 05 polaris 600? everything rattled like crazy, brought it back a bunch of times and dealer never fixed to satisfaction, put a claim in with polaris and they pretty much said live with it, 06 arctic cat ??? put mud lite tires and on his first ride blew a belt in a mud puddle, on next ride snapped an axle when he got wedged on a sunken log in a mud puddle (showboating) dealer said both circumstances were due to the over sized tires (not stock) and therefore not covered by waranty
  11. i remeber seeing a similar shelter in the cabela's catalog but it was made in a "V" so you were sheltered by a greater area, i'm sure you'd be able to build it with the same materials as your idea and cheaper than they sell it
  12. yup, max out as always to bring the income tax down, plus i don't don't have a pension so everything helps, just wish i was smarter (irish makes me go huh?)
  13. tough one, as stated before eat the fish crisp allready, next since if it's a lake we truly know nothing of( even species of fish present) i would fish shallows, if there's a swampy end in the sun, using really small pieces of bait and hoping for perch and such, and maybe even baitfish should be present i choose this because it's probably easiest to find and i think better chances of hitting a few dinks than hoping for a bigger something, for all i know there could be no fish present, but a good chance that there's at least perch, baitfish and if in the north maybe even hammer handles, if not small trout frequent these areas also as u can see i'm fishing for survival and not a feast anyways, great topic wayne
  14. talk about lucky, i've seen much worse (deeper) where the truck disappears, maybe it's ford shooting a new commercial "built ford tough"
  15. very neat, looks like minnie down rigging
  16. i have a jack russell terrier called Bo, just a ball of energy that never stops, love to fish hunt camp or just about anything outside as long as it's not too cold, with the temps. right now she spends most of her time inside, she takes 2 steps out the door does her "business" and comes right back in, i don't blame her
  17. no, what i'm saying is they "lost" billions, meaning they raked in less cash this year than they lost, (which puts this years money in the minus)but they still got an unfathomable (is that a word, i mean LOTS) amount of money, another example since im from sudbury it works the same as our mines, they might put 6 million dollars in a new smelting plant (more efficient which willl make more money in a long run) but only sell 5 million worth of ore, that counts as a million dollar loss, more like a 6 million dollar investment, if they can't afford it or think it won't make them money they wont do it but hey everybody we lost money this year were in trouble, maube the gov't should help us out.....yeah right, don't believe everything u hear, when they show an independent audit saying they're in trouble i'll believe, until then expect some high officials to get a big bonus edit: just thought of something, those bonuses count towards the losses also, isn't it ironic
  18. The nickel was originally proposed by Sudbury businessman Ted Szilva in the early 1960s as a project to mark the upcoming Canadian centennial. The Canadian centennial committee rejected the proposal, but Szilva continued to develop the idea as a private project. In cooperation with local artist Bruno Cavallo, Szilva developed a monument consisting of two vertical columns and several angled iron pieces framing an inside layer of metal skin, a middle layer of plywood and an outer layer of stainless steel sheet metal
  19. these are not "money making" areas of work (profits), where as the auto industry and such (in good years ) make billions in profits and in my opinion it is only fair to demand a share of that pie if they are making it on my back cause if they don't share with their employees they just get bigger bonuses, they would not be in any better shape as a company, the money would just get redirected, theses companies know how to play the numbers game, it's all in wording, if OFC lost billions in profits this year it would be bankrupt, why not these companies, because they've got trillions, the question u gotta ask is how they lost this money, they paid about the same amount in benefits and pensions and salary last year, i'm sure there was an increase but not billions, it comes down to other areas, whether it be opening new somewhere, or upgrading a plant, or bad investments, and i'm sure they know wayyyyy ahead of time (projections) that they are going to "lose" money in any given year, it's like me buying a new truck and house this year, i could put out a press release saying the "walleyejigger corporation" lost $210 000 this year, well we all know that's not true i'll make payments on such, and these are investments, it's all in wording anyways....... that's my rambling for awhile, hope it made some sense i would not refuse a job cause it belongs to a union, even if i made more than a teacher etc.... and i would push my union to get me more, my name is walleyejigger and i am a greedy dude, u better jump on the bandwagon before it's too late
