Hope you were TO bound coming down the skyway in that Bug, in 69 there was still a toll plaza on the Hamilton side. My 68 VW Beetle could hit 75 after a few miles on the 401 with the pedal flat to the floor. Replaced it with a 76 VW Rabbit, the Rabbit was quicker and actually got better gas mileage too.

Most of this stuff has to accumulate over years to cause any problems, a single fish or two is not going to harm you. At our age I doubt we have enough years left that it would get us before some other health issue does, but I wouldn't give my grandkids Hamilton Harbour fish on a regular basis.
