  1. High quality stream 320 Kbps , good selections http://stream.psychomed.gr/webstream rock-blues.html
  2. IMHO, as someone who hit the OCS site at the stroke of midnite Wednesday and found a poor selection and an even poorer selection in the larger weights and later in the day revisited to find even those were sold out, they are going to have to get their act together if they want to displace the illegal market. Originally they said 1-3 days delivery and then revised that to 3-5 days, my order from the first hour after opening, just went out a 5pm yesterday. Considering all the media attention the first week was a majour flop for the customers, not impressed.
  3. I got a couple of years on you. https://www.walleyeheaven.com/ontariorecordwalleye.htm
  4. Growing up , the world record was listed as a 22 1/2 pound fish from the mouth of the Niagara on Erie , fishing is better now than then but 14 is about as big as I have heard in the last 20 years. If I was getting a walleye boat for Erie it would be a 20-22 foot walkaround cuddy.
  5. Makes no sense, Thompson Center Contender carbines, built on a handgun action, can easily be configured back to handguns with over the counter non restricted parts, yet they are non restricted when sold as long guns like the Rossi Circuit Judge. edit : the insanity is that I can take my restricted Contender pistol and replace the barrel with a factory rifle length barrel and the pistol grip with a full buttstock making it identical to the non restricted factory rifles , BUT , it is still , in the eyes of the law , it is still restricted and can't take it hunting because the serial number is registered as a pistol, insert wallbash emoticon here.
  6. I am finding this is the best way to do most vegetables, asparagus to zucchini, both of those are better with a sprinkle of parm cheese though. I do 400 though.
  7. Do you mean carry both at the same time ? There is no problem carrying a shotgun for grouse during the rifle moose season, if you don't have a valid moose licence number 2 or smaller shot or nothing bigger than a 22 rimfire without a big game tag, same thing during a rifle deer season no buckshot or centrefire rifles afield without a tag
  8. Glenn is a year younger than me, and he still sounds as good as he did 40 plus years ago, how does that happen ? I'd probably be dead if I did half the crap he did.
  9. I had one fight for over half an hour, didn't know it was on cause it couldn't trip the downrigger release, think that story of the 47 pounder was posted April 1st.
  10. Just because you read it on the internet doesn't make it true ? https://www.in-depthoutdoors.com/community/forums/topic/walleye_67523/
  11. You sure of the location ? looks like Okanagan Lake to me,
  12. Seen smallies ruin a few Brook Trout lakes when I fished backwood lakes in Haliburton, Lakers however seem to co-exist with the bass OK, Now, I understand darn jackfish are making inroads in Haliburton , there goes the neighbourhood ?
  13. Big problem with this thread is that winter varies so much with your location, here, I feel it was a bad winter if I have to fire up the snow blower more than 3 times.
  14. https://mapleleafsnation.com/2018/10/11/the-top-four-scorers-in-the-nhl-are-all-leafs/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook Do we really need Nylander ? His bargaining position is getting weaker with this kind of production, maybe we'd be better off saving the cap space ?
  15. It's catching on, in both Switzerland and Germany catch and release has been banned unless it is out of season or a protected species, if it is a legal fish it's dinner.
  16. I resemble that remark, 1 vehicle since I retired 10 years ago, a 2006 Jeep 4 wheel drive Liberty with 84 K on it, the Goodyear Wranglers on it get me around just fine the days we go out in the winter. Barring a medical emergency we wait for the roads to be cleared in winter, I refuse to blow out the driveway until the plows go through and it stops snowing, not clearing the end of the drive twice. ?
  17. I retired June of 2008, that first year was anything but fun, hope it's not a repeat of 10 years ago.
  18. Most of the waters I fish don't have a heavy enough flow to effectively fish a spoon but when fish are aggressive quartering a spinner, flatfish or Kwikfish downstream is quite the change from the normally subtle take when float fishing.
  19. Those are sodium nitrite , Prague Powder . Think you want sodium chloride.
  20. OK, I'm sure he may come up with something better after the dust settles with the shake up of Terrarium going down. All I know is my wife can watch her shows again and I get some peace and quiet. I dealt with Kodi for 4 years and a new greatest addon every 3 or 4 months , only to have the developer walk away to have it slowly self destruct, done with that and all the frustration, for the price of a 6 pack a month I'm happy with letting him maintain the box. This works for now, wife is happy, I'm happy ?
  21. The patch / work around for Terrarium worked till Friday and then gone for good. My IPTV guy set the box up with " Movie Box Red " seems to be a Terrarium clone and works great so far.
  22. Got a chuckle out of that OI, cause it reminds me of a story my dad used to tell. Dad spent a year, 1958, working up at Winisk, as his employer , Bell Canada, had the contract for maintaining the radar sites on the Mid Canada Line of early warning radar installation to keep us all safe from the red menace during the cold war era. From the pictures of stringers of big specks and bags of geese it looked more like a year in paradise. Anyway, they used to give the native Cree women a nickel to pluck and clean a goose. which the chef would prepare later at the officers mess hall, anyway a group of bell upper executives made the trip up there and went goose hunting and gave the women the birds to pluck and clean. It came out that they paid them a quarter a bird ?, the guys were like " You gave them how much ? "
  23. Once the novelty of buying legal weed wears off, most who smoke it will seek out the best stuff at the best price, legal or not. I know the last 10 or so years that I still smoked cigarettes , I got them from the trunk of a car in the parking lot at work for half price of legal smokes. I expect after the curious have tried it, the initial blip of legal sales will quickly drop off and legal stuff will be just another player in the existing marketplace and the consumption will drop to pretty close to pre legal levels.
  24. With music like this was coming out of Britain in '67, in retrospect, I find it hard to believe that anyone listened to that fab four band tripping around strawberry fields. R.I.P. Otis, your influence was huge.
  25. The only one of Otis's generation , that hugely influenced the likes of Clapton, Peter Green, Jimmy Page, John Mayall, Stan Webb and the rest of the British bluesmen of the late 60's is Buddy Guy, the rest are all gone with B.B. and Matt Murphy passing recently.
