Great camera work. the wood was last barely light enough to be landed. When I was reeling it in it was swimming like a real fish. Best fight ever.

I don’t know anything about those reels. But I guess you can’t use it for ice fishing and red is my favourite colour. congrats.

Years ago I caught a fish. Thanks to this board I was invited out fishing. We went to a place that’s hard for me to fish in my boat so it was nice to go. I didn’t have much to bring to support the now many trips. So I tried to be a good guy to fish with. I know that sometimes that’s all other people need. Now the important part. On my wall beside my chair there is an 8x10 of the first Muskie I caught on Georgian bay. Must be ten years ago I guess. I just wanted the driver of that boat to know I still say thanks.

It’s interesting to see Brian’s ideas of what the jigs should look like. I see types that I have used over the years. is hair that floats available?

I’ve put some on a digital scale. I’d call it 10lb+. congrats on a great fish.

Over the years I’ve thought about how much is too much. At a point it is no longer fair chase. TNT nope. Gill nets nope. Everyone has to figure out where to draw the line. Tell me the depth and Ill fish for them.

I hope the ice is thick we just got a lot of snow.

I caught a bass that had plastic 3” grub sticking out its arse. It would be nice if they broke down faster.

It would be very difficult for me to fit camping gear in my boat. two trips I guess. I’m looking at a few lakes. Nice to dream on a day too cold to be outside.

Worst part is fishing outside. The holes freezing over and the line is freezing in.

Ok it’s on the list thanks. I always bring my own boat. sleeping can be drive to camping. Hotel. Or fish camp.

Misfish. Is doing the fishing for 100 people that are sitting at home wanting to get out.

Open water fishing. I can’t wait to get the boat out. Within 8hrs of Toronto. August September. can be any of Muskie pike bass pickerel lake trout looking for action but where? Nip?

What load do you want to put in it? How far do you want to travel?
