Flipping Jigs are great big bass baits. My favourites are Strike King Premier Elite, Bootlegger Jigs, and the Dave Hite Mop jigs. Weights nothing less than 1/2oz up to 1 oz. For colours in my personal favourite order: Black Blue, Black Blue Purple Black Chartreuse, Blue Gill. Good rattles, hooks and skirts are very important. Trailers there is only 2. Strike King Denny Brauer Chunk and Fishing World's Chunks. Braided line is great but Floro for clearer lakes are needed. Good Stick 7ft 6inch heavy Crucial and a fast retrieve reel like the Curado E7. Once you get on the pattern and the bite these baits will be a huge part or your arsenal. They have made me thousands in tournies and I have great confidence in them.

I do agree fully whether it's an auction or just kind words and support this community is something special. When my mom passed away almost 3 years ago many members reached out with words of support that helped. As Rick's signature says PAY IT FORWARD it does seem to work.

Do yourself a favour. If you can wait a few weeks buy the new Shimano Symetre and a 7ft mh Clarus. Both these have been revamped for 2009 and we are getting new inventory soon at Fishing World. They will be a great bang for the buck with quality and also Lifetime warranty on the rod to boot.

If you can find a good lawyer look around for a flat fee and ask what paperwork goes where as they do charge you for alot of incidentals that could be done by you. Anywhere in the $600 - $900 flat fees for a straight buy and possible sale is a good price.

The new Cumara's are just awesome and would recommend them totally. St. Croix makes a great rod but the new Cumars is so light, sensitive and powerful I think it would be a better rod for ya.

It is true we are lowering alot of the prices at Fishing World such as Lucky Craft, Sebile lures, Canadian Wiggler, Yamamoto, Bomber Balsa baits, Megabass etc. The same lures in the USA can be more than $6 more per lure than our prices. I have also seen this in other stores from Niagra Region like Peter's Tackle to out east out to Paddletails.

Had mine checked last year when we did the Legends of The Bay Tournament in Georgian Bay. A great excercise and yes I passed.
