I think your neighbor is talking about old motors most motors now are oil injected or have an inline oil mixer or it's on the motor not many have pre mix in tank so if you have the water separator at the tank, you will still get lots of oil to the motor if the water separators/fuel filters could starve the motor of gas, so no damage to the motor....... if it was me get the water separator

hand guns are banned ...you can not walk down the street with one legally... unless you apply for a permit and should a life threating reason for needing the protection and they almost never issue a permit for that even body guards have a difficult time getting a permit to carry the guy that shot that guy did not have a permit to carry, only to own the guy 99.99999% of the guns used in crime are not registered, so farther bans will do nothing... as for drunk driving...... I hate to see them on the road it hurts when they kill someone... but did they sit at home and drink or did some bartender pour him 15 rye and cokes......... I think the whole system has to take responsibility for what is happening...starting with the drivers

well zip over to shiningtree there are some great lakes that can be accessed in the winter time and are very hard to get to in the summer

I fish shiningtree every year and many people from Ontario have the same problem.... it's not easy to find fish and stay on them on the main lakes most of the camps are on

been using them for a few years and they work real well from panfish to muskie you just need to use the right size for the fish you are fishing for walleye you can rip them through the weeds then swim them once you are out of the weeds I tried a big one that was a spinner bait with a large willowleaf blade didn't catch muskie but a few big largemouths liked it

another lake I can't find on my map sounds like fun I don't know the guy that put you on the lake, but by his name I can tell hes a good guy and knows his fishing....LOL

I can see both side of this but there is a good chance that the broken ice is now covered with the snow that came down and that ramp is where many people walk out from I would hate to see someone fall in and drown because the FD was training how to save someone.. when we make a hole in the ice big enough for someone to fall in we put a xmas tree or a stick/flag they clearly need to train, maybe a permanent sign stating caution there could be open water from the airboat launching misfish put a sign up will yeah...LOL

that does make it a great day in history.....

AzuluSpookd thanks for the info I was hoping someone from up that way would jump in cause I figured the ice wouldn't be the best yet up that way but I didn't know for sure, so I didn't want to give my 2 cents worth
