I would try to get the tenants to give permission in writing and to hell with the owner, unless the owner has something in the lease. the tenant has sole use of the land and the landlord can not give permission for people to access the land

I don't know how it would work on the ice as 5 mph is the best speed for it to process the info and put it on the screen so 0 speed can't be good

I found that a 5 screen was useless for side scan if you have gps screen and normal transducer and sidescan each box is so small , it's a joke then if you want downscan and 2 frequencies too on the screen....LOL I now have the 8" screen and I still have a 7" unit beside it for the gps, so lots of room for side scan now

I go at them a slightly different way....I take it trout is closed but other things are open.. so I would have said hey guys just a heads up, it sounds like you are fishing trout well I found out the hard way they are closed till the(what ever date they open)....and I got caught by the COs..cost me $400.00 and I didn't even know they were closed....so if that's what you're fishing for you had better be careful or you will be paying big bucks too the COs seem to be everywhere, I wish someone had told me they are closed season I feel they think you are trying to help them and not trying to tell them what not to do.......most cases they will leave thinking you did them a favour ..

many years ago I had my tires cut while at a bass turney, I couldn't get the right tires so I put on a pair of car tires so I could get home the trailer never tracked so well, the trailer neve rpulled as nice as when I put the car tires in it, they never got hit they lasted for years and hat was a 19ft ranger bass boat..but when I said it here a few years ago everyone jumped on me for giving bad advise about trailer tires and that only trailer tires can be on a trailer..good to see someone else had a good experience with car tires

well I got rid of Netflix because of the bandwidth I was using, everyone was watching HD movies and it didn't' take many days to reach my limit, I set it up so rogers would email me when I get close to my limit.....a few days of movies and we hit the limit..bang netflixs gone. so not over charge..... http://www.acanac.ca/cable.html I have heard good and bad reports on these guys

this is a different issue..and if I see cottagers getting fish out of season I don;t have to complain ,,I deal with it, the cops take them away life is good you are talking about people breaking the law which is way different then what the natives are doing

this and land claims will go on for ever and it was their land......they say it is still their land I do see their point we should bite the bullet and pay everyone of them a very large sum...like a million bucks for each one over the age of 18 and somewhat less for the younger ones and they give up all land claims they become full Canadian citizens and lose all rights and benefits of being native...it would cost a fortune but in the long run the country would save money and problems .. and save some fish too...LOL they would have to vote on it
