Hey lew, is your new tap a laundry faucet or a lav faucet? If its a laundry faucet, chances are theres a threaded plug on the bottom. Simply remove and thread in the primer adaptor. If its a lav faucet, youll be out of luck and may need to wrangle something together.

All i can see is an upside down fish? Congratulations, i guess. Ive heard the name so have no doubt its big. Just wish i could see a good pic.

Would try in the deep fryer. Wouldn't be hard to baconize it, either...

Promising day up here on 12Mile L. The lake was wide open exept for the bays last night and is pretty much ice all the way across today. If the snow stays off and the temps/wind low, should be some very fishable lakes up here in the newyear!

Coffee with some type of Creme is a holiday staple. Right now its 40Creek but Carolans or Baileys hit the spot just as well. Works good with egg nog too. Good call on the Granville Island Winter Ale. Got some about a week ago. Very flavourful!

Sorry if this is too much awesome... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBvAvW6KQDk&list=PL05E871F6A9B0476D -
Near-sighted doesn't build temples like the one in your thumbnail.

Mental health is the problem. Not gun ownership. Calling someone bonkers or crazy might be conveniant, but its not helpful. Canadians getting in a huff over US gun ownership is laughable. Try debating a topic you can do something about.

I'm a little late to the party this morning. Christmas festivities and friends make for a good time, late mornings and strong coffee. Needless to say, it also comes with the rambling mind. So heres mine... I didn't want to derail any of the other threads going on right now. But with the tragedy of the Conneticut shootings fresh in everyones mind, theres alot of negativity going around. For good reason too. Then I think of the Bigfoot thread. Wait, what... Its not as much of a stretch as it may seem. That thread started in one place but became a good chat. But it also carried with it a negative air. People have there opinions, and they're allowed to. Unfortunately, this comes at the expense of being close minded to other peoples ideas. Walls I wanted to start a thread earlier in the year about the end times. I dropped the idea, but in retrospect, maybe it would've allowed me more freedom? Sorry, I'm rambling again. The premise was easy... Lets all suspend belief and assume that we're here for a finite amount of time. Not hard to do if you don't imagine a number, but now we have one! December 21 is your last day on Earth. Yours and everyone elses too. Sorry, but thats the rule. I didn't make it up so please dont assault me. The thread would've gone on to get each poster to challenge themselves to scratch the bucket list down. Is there anything you can think of that you've always wanted to do that is actually in reach but haven't gotten around to? Go and do it! A lake you've always wanted to try? A river thats always called your name, but the drive is a little further than you'd like? Now that I'm writing this, it seems like a good idea again... I had a tooth pulled on Tuesday. It sucked/sucks. I can't eat properly, I can't talk properly... The quitting smoking thread pops up because I haven't had a smoke since tuesday at 430pm. Thats a big feat for a 20yr pack-o-dayer... Not gonna lie, I did have one last night, but I'm on the horse again. Not that it matters. Because I've just watched a young lady re-learn how to walk. Things always look easier when you break them down like that. So neatly in a video. The truth, I'm sure, is so far removed from that. Karma is such an awesome thread. Irishfields sig says it better than anything I could. So lets go back and suspend belief again. For all intents and purposes the timeline comes to an end in 5 days. Again, Im sorry, but I didn't come up with the date. This time, I'm just going to ask that you carry with you a feeling of gratitude for a couple of days. Like at the end of Scrooged with Bill Murray when they're singing "Put a little Love in your Heart". It doesn't matter what you believe in, we're all in this together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nj2ofrX7jAk

Its not you that you need to worry about, its the other drivers. I drive on all seasons. I dont need to justify why, but its not because im cheap. I drive from Durham Region into Toronto everyday and can assure you that the newfound "confidence" that drivers feel with snows on makes alot of them drive like its the molson indy. If i give up my vehicle, i cant go to work. If i cant go to work, i lose my house. Or maybe i should sell the house so i can get snowtires? Ill do the best i can with what i have. If that means leaving 1/2hr earlier so be it. But until i can afford get some, i shouldnt be put under the umbrella of idiot or cheapskate. For that matter, neither should anyone else. And if i happen to see someone having a tough go, i wont hesitate to stop and help. Whether they have winter tires or slicks.

NF - Are we allowed to talk NHL hockey again?

I find all of this rather laughable. If the owners wouldve let the season begin under the rules of the old CBA and then the players went on strike as talks broke off, Id say the players were at fault. But seeing as the owners saw fit to not honour that part of the agreement, theres no question as to who is taking the blame. My contract ends in May right as the the new 3yr contract begins. Union security is nice sometimes . I just dont see how this was not taken care of long in advance. Edit: eklund lol -
Not sure if this is a CG outlet store or not but a quick googling turned this up... http://www.winterparkasoutlet.com/

Dawkins is just another televangelist Sinclair, and if thats the name you want to continue to espouse, then you lose alot of credibility IMO. Hes using the fundamentalist model to "convert" as many people as he can to make a boatload of money. His youtube piece reading hatemail is pretty funny though. I'll give you that. Hitchins was at least an entertaining option if thats your point of view.

Thanks for speaking for me. But my first post wasn't aimed at anyone in particular. You just happened to answer it thinking I was shooting a barb your way. Edit: Sorry I never heard of the show... just heard there was some winternet going on over here.

I guess love and hapiness are a delusion too? Just a change in chemistry, right? Now look at the pictures of your avatars and tell me if you were happy in that moment you were posing with your prize? Or were you not really feeling anything, your chemical makeup changing and forcing a smile onto your faces?

By bashing a persons belief system you just show how much of a free thinker you are not.

Was looking for a Dslr camera. The difference between prices Stateside vs Canada are staggering. Were getting fleeced 10/10. Its really no wonder people run south when these deals are on.
