  1. Welcome back big guy. Sounds like you ate very well.
  2. Ya,one of my pet peeves with BPS and Cabelas sites. The vaughan store carries so much more, yet can not look through their web site page.
  3. Always weird hearing the geese honking and flying over the ice hub.
  4. This will get alot of attention.

  6. It,s all jibberjabber. Any fish sandwich was another.
  7. 3 days, well 2 now, left for the whitie season on Simcoe. Was with a good friends, John Whyite and Paul Kindly. The goal was burbut. Well they did not show up,but a nice bonus catch on my high hook blood worm made up for it. It just smashed it.
  8. When I received my flat black jig heads from Ugli Boys Baits, this is what I had envisioned. These are going to be killer for so many fish, not just bows.
  9. Still had time. Even after a 4 doz rush order of river bugs. It was delicious. Home made with ,beef, carrots, peas and fried mushrooms and onions. Oh yesterday was busy too,but always have time,,,,,,,,,,,

  11. Who needs crappie jigs???? Got my order in this morning. My guy does quality work and uses great hooks. I am stocked up with 350 1/16, same in 1/32. He even went out of his way for me and brought in flat black for my bug jigs. Ugli Boys Baits. Thanks Bruce for stepping up. Also received my craft fur.
  12. Everytime I get on this mark,it,s the same thing. Bait bait bait. This morning a couple of nice surprises though. 2 nice jumbos snatching the high hook blood worm. Then the whities came in. 3 swings and miss. Then finally one was so hungry,he nearly swallowed the meegs. Nice morning for sure. Snow still a pita, and calling for more this weekend. DAMIT. Ole well, slow my roll. Whities tight to the bottom Nice perch
  13. Same spot, locked spot. Wednesday looks good bud,
  14. Some ugly weather forecasted ,so got out this morning so I could get some bug orders done the next couple of days. Thursday is looking good. The thing about fishing the area I do,there is no beat,n down path,so dem drifts were a pita. No worries though. Slow and easy gets ya there. Lots of bait again LIKE. Whities stuck again to the bottom, LIKE. Well ,one did take the high hook blood,
  15. Nice,. It does not stand out really. Nice work Chris. Now you should look into doing a roe goo handle. That way it will match mine. LOL

  17. Yes mother,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, STRIKER
  18. I love this wind site. It is so accurate. https://www.windy.com/?44.355,-79.689,5 I had 3 hours to get a fish in and wasted no time. Lots of bait on the bottom. I love this. For one thing,it brings big fish around, also, when you see the bait lift off the bottom or start to go away from the screen, that big fish is around. First fish was on so fast. The bait was like gone in seconds and the first white just smashed the new meegs elite. About an hour later, bait starts to rise off the bottom. Wait for it,wait, there you are. Sticks around, goes up and smashes the high hook mayfly larvae. I just tied this one this morning . Reports of bellies full of these going around. Not sure how it still worked as the herring were putting a beating on it. Right on time,9:15 the winds started, snow started. Off I got a happy feller. Lots of ice Before and after,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Burp
  19. I remember meeting TJ for the first time at a GTG. He was with this young lady that worked at Hooters. He got rather nervous when I said I was a newf, but the young lady had a big smile on her face. Not sure what that was all about,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Good times
