Funny, I just noticed the first pic shows 18 fow. Wierd. Maybe due to the water and all the fish.

I did manage to get a couple for a feed for dinner. The walk was not friendly, but cant complain as it,s been easy all season . I managed to get almost spot on my spot even with the snow coverage. For the first time in many years, the water was dirty. I couldnt see my williams 6 ft down, yet the fish were there still. A nice eater whitie ( this one was a stocker) and another big herring. They love taking the side hook. Sunday will probly be my last trip on Simcoe as Im sure by next weekend, it will be sketchy. Play safe out there if your heading out. B

I have good connections via stream for nascar. All the movies we want to watch. I get mash 4077 everynight. Ya, get leafs, but I dont watch them much, Im good. One bill for unlimited internet. Oh and I get to read what all ya mugs post here.

I am going to put this out there and maybe it makes sence,or maybe it dosent. As you all know, I just think out loud. First off, well done to all those that got envolved with this. I dont partake down there ( did back in the late 70,s early 80.s, but became to troublesom to keep going back) Ok so here it is,,,,,,,,,, With all the cuts to the MNR, and being so short staffed, does it not make sense to put the power on to the police? Metro,OPP, RCMP ( as long as they are trained and approved to handle the wildlife management laws) There seems to be a better number of them present out there. Why have two different law enforcments. Put it under one managment. Law officers. Maybe the money can be better spent and get better enforsment presents. I am not dishing the fellas that do a great job for the MNR. Maybe they can be the shoulders of this. Trainers, advisors and the leaders of a new force. To me, this seems to make sence. (This has been mentioned it will be done) It,s short and I always have a hard way to put into type, what I want to say in words as you know. What ever gets the pouchers and rapers of the natural resource caught,I am all for.

This will break up ice for sure on Simcoe. Read it,s open water from the oro side to bbp. I watched that wall of snow come in. It was a huge wall and came through quick. Had to put the sunglasses on just to keep the stinging pellets out of the eyes.

Glad you had a good day and found a safe place to fish bud. I didnt want to lead you out to where I have not been. The weekend should be good J. Maybe you and Paul can come up for a fish. I like the way they like to clap when they are on the ice. AA job well done sorta clap. LOL
