Blaque. May want to check. The guy that took these pics that I posted, lives not too far from Ellicotteville NY. There must be a state of emergency. At least where he lives, they are not permitted to be on the roads unless it is an emergency. Not sure how long the restriction is lasting - or if it has been lifted yet.

I had heard of this a little while back regarding this charge - that places can charge this to promote tourism. Fortunately, I haven't stayed in any place to get charged this fee. They are to remove it if requested. Wonder how many people just pay the bill without knowing what all the charges are really for.

We saw the picture of Diane last evening following the surgery and she even had a smile on her face. We just new that the surgery was a success. What a great way to end our day. Let's continue this with a complete recovery and a clean bill of health.
