  1. Thanks for all the advice. What I want is a Plumber, to install a tub and faucet. I work all day as a Glazier, like to fish on weekends, and am doing most of the work on my 2nd bathroom reno since may. Soldering copper pipe is easy, lets see you run a perfect 3/4'' bead of polyurethane caulking
  2. Is there a Plumber in the house that is in the Niagara region? I have a bathroom reno underway and the plumbing is taxing my nerves! I would happily pay someone to help me out!
  3. I'm just guessing but immature Turkey Vulture?
  4. Tolls x2, no other issues.
  5. To Raf you listen! Hmmm, yes!
  6. Mine is a slab on grade, 16" reinforced perimeter, 6'' pad.
  7. Toilet paper! That reminds me, I need to refill that ziploc bag. Spare fuses, spare shear pin for Electric motor. Extra rope(s), squeegee (great for cleaning windshield) First Aid kit, Tylenol or aspirin, water proof matches
  8. I built my own 17'x24' 13 years ago. Can't help you with price but I have two regrets. Curbs. Have the pad poured with a 4-6'' curb and build your walls on them. Then the wood/drywall or panelling will never be wet. Build in a horizontal beam or two (three 2x12s? or better yet steel) capable of carrying some weight, simple to do and good for ? Engine hoisting, boat hoisting...etc.
  9. Great report! Nice rig!
  10. Absolutely Beautiful Kawartha Muskie!
  11. The Lunar cycle effects ALL living things, the 'fishing' calendar is based on this.
  12. Unfortunately, Erie doesn't open till the 4th Sat!
  13. Whats this have to do with Fishing??? This thread was political from the get go, and should not have been allowed under the new rules.
  14. As bad as that job is, who gives a $4000 deposit for a job that shouldn't exceed...Dare I say $4000! And who doesn't get some references in this day and age??? I would want to see some prior work before I let someone redo my boat. And if that company was anything at all they'd have a real website instead of just a FB page! Thats why I spent all winter doing mine, I wouldn't trust anyone else!
  15. Drove by one towing a boat on the way to LSC on the 401 (at the London MTO inspection station-westbound), got pulled over immediately. CO was very nice and explained what they were doing. We explained that had they had some official looking signs instead of what appeared to be DIY hand painted signs we would have pulled in...
  16. Great photos!
  17. Call Dave at... http://www.trojantackle.ca/
  18. Had my first one today.....Ewwwwwww. Was at work and the only thing I had to remove it was sidecutters! Seemed to work fairly well.
  19. Get a hold of Dave Dutchak at Trojan Tackle. He's Burlington. Rod holders are his specialty! http://www.trojantackle.ca/
  20. I removed my inboard fuel tank and had it pressure tested, and replaced all the hoses years ago cause of a fuel smell in my storage compartments...The smell was till there.
  21. All new carpet and wood decks, and new transom in my boat! I'll enjoy some Spring Bass'n in NY that weekend I hope!
  22. Great Lodge, Steve is a gracious host. You'll love the place, especially if you play guitar! Can't help you with the fishing as I've only fished there for Muskie.
  23. That game could have easily got into another OT. I'm amazed at how many actual Leafs post on OFC! We, us....LMAO
