  6. Having seen all these rods... and looking at and critiquing each one (Hey Gerritt, Look at this one... what do you think? during each step of the process..) I have to say they are all going to make some fishermen pretty happy... I think I will take the GLX.... :Gonefishing: :asshat:   :clapping: :whistling: :thumbsup_anim: G.
  7. replaced mine a few years ago... a friend of mine happens to be in the HVAC business... cost was 1500 for a new Bryant High efficiency, and a bunch of new duct work.... I realize he was doing me a favour as I am in the building industry and have worked with him on several large projects.... but he certainly did not do it for free and still put some dollars in his pocket... I am posting this just so you can have some idea on the markup of materials and labour.... Now as for your oil tank.... that is a whole other ball of wax.. see if you can sell off the oil remaining... but these tanks are considered a hazardous material in most municipalities. G.
  8. Dang.... Missed that part... Carry on. G
  9. Give Edpro a call.. they were by far the cheapest when I was buying propane, and their service is EXCELLENT!... I will post a link to their Pricing below.. click on your Zone... I am in the 2500-4499 bracket which is $ .603 One thing I should mention... Do you own your tank? if not U will need to buy or lease a new one. Same thing with your water heater if you do not own it. http://www.edproenergy.com/customers/index.php?mod=residentialpricing G.

  13. Huh? :dunno:
  14. For dead suckers, I would honestly suggest a Windlass to help give the bait a bit of movement making it appear more alive... Rigged quick strike my 0.2 cents worth. G.
  15. Darren, Perhaps you should be talking to Spiel... he may be able to offer a bit of advice on this surgery... G
  16. Pete.... I would avoid Tracker, given the problems talked about on many of the forums in regards to their product.. it might be helpful if you let people know your general location.. so they can put you on dealers in your area of other, more reliable brands. G.
  17. Yes an bit of an update... The letter that was sent to me was from the lawyers representing HER insurance company... she is suing them also (standard procedure) incase I was not insured... which I was. Now here is the odd part... I was supposed to be served with a "Notice of Claim" which I haven't... I am trying to speak with someone at my old insurance company and left msgs... no return calls as of yet. G
  18. Workwear are you willing to Pay the 5000.00 it costs to become a member @ Directbuy? Like I said this is a good concept... Cliff check out wagjag.com G
  19. I understand the concept, but where would the start up capitol come from? most suppliers offer terms of 15-60 days, with most being 30days. would this be a system of prepayment to secure said goods? Membership fees perhaps? the list of questions is endless. I like the idea, but would need more info on the inner workings before being able to say if it is good for the community or not. Sounds very much like a Wagjag concept to me... which actually works quite well for those that buy into the offers. G.
  20. I will not go into detail... but if it were not for the help of a good friend and mentor... I could quite possibly be homeless right now.... Some bad choices, some bad luck and a messed up family... things can change in a hurry.. G.
  21. I dont think I ever recall someone contradicting themselves in such a manner. Either way... you have a very ignorant view on a subject you know very little about. G
  22. make sure you ask about the deductible on their warranty... trust me
