  4. I would troll rapalas or lil cleos on a 3-way swivel with a bottom bouncer. I cant remember the guys name but thers a few youtube videos. Try searching 'bottom bouncing lakers algonquin' in youtube. YES frozen minnows are ok to use, I do frozen salted minnows everywhere I go as it is illegal to transport live minnows from one lake to another. Google 'Algonquin stocking list' and you will find many walk-in lakes along the highway 60 corridor. Also, Jeffsmap.com shows which species are in each lake. Good luck!!

  8. Just an FYI Most ppl are unaware but tires have an expiry date. I forget how to read it but you have to decifer a code on the tires. Some stores will have 'new' tires on the shelf that are 10yrs old and expired. You will have to google for more info. Maybe this was the case with your Michelins cracking??

  13. Its a fact. Its like the PS4 or XBOXone debate- Xbox is wayyyyyy more secure. Yes there can still be issues with all but some are definitely safer than others
  14. Ive read that Dymond lake has good Walleye fishing. A bunch of those lakes are stocked. Google FishONline n u can see the stocking lists for each lake.

  19. If u live near an Acklands Grainger they have Goretex jackets on for $99, regular $340. Limited quantities though. You can also buy decent light weight gear at Canadisn tire for $40-50.
