  1. well there was plans to build a 2.5 mile oval at mosport but it got shot down by council involving noise issues
  2. In fishing the BOQ for to many years and can't really count the amount of double digit eye's I have caught 10-12 mono usually xt or big game have worked perfect for me with my boards, never lost any equipment or fish for that matter it's all in selecting the correct rod for the application and setting your drag and playing the fish properly
  3. I call it octoberfish this is my favorite time of year or fishing. Great smallie action there
  4. thank you glen, looking foward to turkey and football
  5. doesn't bother me, don't really see the difference harvesting a deer or moose to harvesting a walleye, trout or picking some apples, may look gross to some but maybe people should get more involved in where there food comes from. And if I were to worry about offending people the first thing I would have to do is tape my mouth shut and get rid of my internet connection, doesn't matter someone will get offended about something
  6. there's Jenson trailer in whitby, also I have seen some guys that make there own out of plywood
  7. I was thinking it was the load valve as well (if it has one)
  8. most likely a rwal system, hows doe's the brake pedal feel, mushy travels to the floor before any braking action occours, high hard pedal, or does it feel like it always have? could be something as simple as the shoe compund is to hard, porportioning valve issues or abs problems. go unhook the 2 pin connector on the abs hydrolic control unit (if i remember right) and see the results
  9. Terry if you want them looked at and a trip to scarborough i won't charge you to figure it out
  10. wtg on your first ski, thanks for sharing
  11. Since you can't get out fishing you may as well come help me finish my trim I am sure Julie won't mind
  12. don't own anything with a 2-smoke other than a weed eater these days, but when i was running 2stroke sleds i had some great results with amsoil interceptor oil, I bought a litre at CT for around $12.00 last winter for an old sled, but with the newer engine technology i would stick with oem oils. In answer to your question though CT oil is made by imperial (esso) nothing wrong with using it, I can't vouch for wallymart oil don't kknow the standards for that. but i have seen 1 gallon jugs of dino oil for under 20 bux and synthetic for around 45 a gallon
  13. I've ordered off of cabela'a before and they do have great service, as jedi said, I have never been impressed by bps service, anytime I 've looked for service there down right rude, but if you know precisley what you want bps is fine
  14. X-rap shads worked well for wallys most of the summer. also got into drop-shotting and with the much appriciated help of Mark Kulik on tactics and tackle I have been having a blast catching just about everything that has fins
  15. to bad about your cat beans, most brands of antifreeze have bittering agents in them now so this will happen less and less to pets and children as they gain use in the market. as long as it wasn't someone doing it on purpose then it is a I know it may seem a bit early, but one of the neighbourhood cats just ahad a bunch of kittens
  16. Hope your moving around better than when I dropped you off, never know we might be able to try casting and drop shotting instead of trolling by nex week
  17. awesome thanks for sharing
  18. I watch it on a regular basis, but all I really enjoy is extreme angler, next bite, izumi and those crazy's in the tarpon series, on a side note i really want some hercules hooks and shamwows
  19. the system works great on walleye's can't see why trout and salmon wouldn't be all over it as well, I imagine it'll drive the browns crazy
  20. Thanks if wasn't for you letting me pick your brain.. can't wait to get out I love my carrot but thinging a croix legend is going to be my next drop shot rod
  21. lovin the fall bass reports keep it up
  22. hmm so many choices, I guess right now my favorite set-up is a 7'2 carrot stix drop shot rod, but when I am in the thick of it I have a quantum pro-tour flippin stick that's awesome with worms and pigs and a chronarch reel, my favorite tube rod is a 6'3 morrum rod (have to upgrade that soon though) and a couple st.croix premier that i use for spinner baits in the 6.6 mh.... i can go on but it's way to hard to make a choice on favorite stuff it's all good
  23. Lew if you need any help or borrow a couple tools I am pretty sure I'll have what you need, also if your working outside bring it by the shop at least you'll have access to 3 techs and my entire tool box
