I think we have done amazing at these games! Even when people were disappointed that we werent leading the medal count and started criticizing own the podium it was really unfair. Extra funding does not guarantee you will win. It only guarantees that we will have the best resources to develop our elite athletes and put them into contention which we did. If you could buy medals then it wouldn't be as much fun to watch lol. GO CANADA!!!!!

Went to the fishing show today as well. Unfortunately couldnt stay for the g2g and am disapointed by that. The show was OK. Really enjoyed the seminar that Dave Mercer put on he is a great speaker. As far as tackle it was pretty much the same thing at every booth couldnt really find any deals. I thought there would be more manufacturers showing off new and cool products. Oh well better then sitting at home.

Not sure what everyone expected. The trades may work well down the road but the fact of the matter is they still traded away most of their socrers leaving their cupboard bare for the rest of the season.

I don't understand your posts Company's are very strict about no-compete clauses and not doing privately what you are paid to do for them. But again I may be getting it all wrong as I am probably misreading.

Hi All, I have competed in Thai Boxing for 12 years yet have never or will never get into a street fight. Back a few years ago if two guys had a fight they fought and then that was it. These days if you fight you not only risk serious damage with a lucky shot you also risk arrest and there is less tolerance from law enforcement these days. Also the one on one days are done. I've seen too often where a guys friends jump in and it's 10 on one using bottles or head stomps or anything they can, also have heard way too many horror stories where one person comes back with a gun or a knife. It's not worth it guys. Walk away
