  1. Get yourself a pair of ski goggles, works just as well and a whole lot cheaper.
  2. You might want to try Minets Pt, 1/3 to 1/2 way out to the huts, around 20-30 fow, a few years back we always caught a nice mess of perch, may try this weekend.
  3. Picked up a mini Spin Doctor, e chip flasher and an extension for my Scotty rod holder. You'll have to "visualize", camera is hiding somewhere.
  4. One of lifes sad moments, I'm late for work, appointment, school, looser excuses, hope your daughter has a good Doc and can make a full recovery.
  5. 5cm/2 inches at best. No complaints.
  6. Exlax, it works.
  7. Okay, learned something new of value, was aware of the age thing, but not the requirement to wear it, thanks.
  8. Looks like the streets and highways are pretty much covered this morning...http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/traveller/compass/camera/burlington/camhome.htm
  9. What? Who says you have to wear your PFD to make it legal? Just looked in the catalogue and it says CCG approved for the Mustang models and Odyssey models.
  10. Just take some of the money you don't earn and buy some tickets...
  11. Ha, damm wooden ruler is warped, yer right. Next time I'll use my other appendage.
  12. Shortes and fastest, heli from Buffalo to LBP airport, probably the most expensive too.
  13. Sorry for you, but 30cm is just a tad more than than 12 inches on my ruler, no wonder you'all down there don't like the metric system, you're getting ripped off.
  14. You can't give someone a bright future that won't even attempt to reach out for it, that's why(in general, not all), the homeless are homeless and the lazy are on welfare and living off the properous. They're too lazy to pack their bags and go to the bus stop.
  15. There's a real small patch at the campground, probably the best berries around.
  16. Aren't those the massed produced knock offs copied from the locally made ones here?
  17. Yes. there's a place called Love2fish 705-456-8745, located near Lefroy(Belly wart).
  18. That's just great that those who have come to that area are working and turning a buck, paying taxes and prospering. Sure puts those "others' to shame that show up with their hands out.....with a freakin gun in it trying to sell dope to my kids and screwing up the 'hood.
  19. Not wanting to make it sound like a politically correct post or have any racial inferences of any type, but unless the ones who claim to be here first were hatched in this hemisphere, they are no more "native" than you me or anyone else who walked in or took the second, third or forty-forth boat boat to get here. As for work, I've always been of the belief that those who want to work will have no trouble finding it, those who are picky or lazy won't amount to anything.
  20. I would have to surmize that if the heater core was plugged, then regardless if he was at idle or Warp 9, coolant would no longer go through the heater core if it was plugged. I would lean to a partially opened and stuck thermostat.
  21. Jail is a waste of time along with community service, that's why there's so many repeat offenders. Ball and chain gang, street sweeping, dicktch cleaning, painting grannys house under close supervision by a gnarly retired firefighter, paying down the court time and victims fee and loss. Do it again, lets go visit some of the middle eastern countries, give me the hatchet, I'll cut off his thieving fingers, maybe better yet, smash his fingers with a 2# ball pein hammer, they'll grow so big, he'll never pick up anything, never mind pickin his nose.
  22. Just out of curiosity, why would there be any difference whether you place or money in a bank/trust co compared to a life ins co, as long as there is a named benificiary. Any 100% definite answers?
  23. Take a look at the Uniden or Shakespeare series of radios, good quality. Personally I've tried the handheld models, they just don't have the power to do justice when you need help. Do yourself a favour, get the 25 watt permanent mount and good quality antenna. The best radio with a wet noodle antenna is a waste of time. As for Humminbird products, I've never had any luck at all with them, period. Go check www.durhamradio.com or www.radioworld.ca for info, I prefer dealing with the first, better prices and service.
  24. A macro picture taken from arms length.
  25. The only thing I didn't like out there yesterday were the 2 Astro vans driving around, 8 inches of ice and water geysers are not amusing.
