  1. What Dan said, vehicles that have been sitting a long time have a habit of attracting mice ( my experiences ), take a look under the hood at the plug wires and other wiring they sometime will chew on the insulation or build nests under the hood or in the vehicle. I have a 2009 Chevy cargo van, I haven't driven since 2011 but my son who lives with me uses it occasionally, it also has around 40k mileage on it. 1 battery replaced, lack of regular use, a lot of the electronics still draw current, 1 rotor, left front developed a rust area, again lack of regular use. I get an oil change and grease job on mine once a year, even though it hasn't exceeded 3k miles a year since I stopped driving, your vehicles owner may not have done that? The value? without actually seeing and driving it? No real idea, it could be trash or treasure?
  2. http://fox8.com/2017/08/05/russias-putin-shows-off-spoils-from-siberia-fishing-trip/ Vlad the impaler spearing pike!

  4. LOL Old, looks like a normal start to the weekend here! Small craft advisory, waves 4 to 7 feet! My dad worked for a trucking company ( on the dock ) that was located just south of the shore way ( I - 90- rte 2 here ) just east of deadman's curve. They were on the first high ground over looking Lake Erie, he took us there one time when we were little kids one winter, I was never in a hurry to go back! Occasionally I had to pick up containers at the Cleveland docks, but luckily that was usually in warmer weather! A lot of years driving across the shore way here lots of water spouts on the lake!
  5. There were storm and tornado warnings here earlier today, a young woman in her car was hit by a falling tree and killed, stay safe!
  6. LOL, pretty sad, the dude won't even make an effort to stalk his fishing trips!
  7. LOL, even that can't help some people!
  8. An Apple or Hickory plank will improve the taste, of the board!
  9. http://www.longleggedlakeresorts.com/WhatToBring.htm This lake? That resort sort of covers the basics? LOL, there are probably rocks and shoals in the water, and wild animals on shore?
  10. I know nothing of the area except what can be seen on the map or in pictures, a lot more experience with kids though. For a 2 and 4 year old? the species of fish really isn't going to matter as long as there is action! A pier or dock on the main open lake could have bluegill or sunfish around, possibly rockbass and other species, and with little ones that age you can steer their excitement level over their catch! Snacks and drinks are a must! LOL
  11. Bay Distributors Sales and Service Location 119 Progress Ct North Bay, ON 1B 8G8 p: (705) 476-6010 Hope it helps, not being in Ontario means I haven't dealt with them.
  12. LOL, I have had and attended many pig roasts, I don't feel bad at all about skipping water pig ones!
  13. I never heard of the fires on the Potomac Art, but these made our area infamous! The river flows thru the old industrial area of Cleveland and who knows who was dumping what into it!
  14. Capt lots of videos on youtube! Eat more carp!
  15. No idea, but this might help? http://www.crystallakemarina.ca/
  16. I saw that it was near the Falls Old, but people here wonder why we have so many bacteria alerts on our Lake Erie beaches.
  17. For sure Old, LOL, I would have been happy with more 19-20 inch fish on tournament days! One of my buddies sons weighed in a 7 pound 2 ounce smallie at a tournament in New York we had, it made his 5 pound fish look small.
  18. https://www.neorsd.org/about/southerly/ And located in an area here prone to flooding near the Cuyahoga River which runs into Lake Erie.
  19. I have seen some at tournament weigh ins here, not that much farther south than you, here any 22 inch bass should break the 6 pound mark as long as it is healthy. Too much fishing pressure here on public waters, the vast majority of the really big bass here come from private ponds. Years ago the fishing magazines were talking about Cuba for the next record bass. Had a couple of hogs hooked at private ponds, but never broke 22 inches, got a smallie on Erie that was right there, but no scale.
  20. Corn on the cob with treble hooks? A new muskie lure?
