  1. HAHAHAHAHA My son went to Toulouse in architecture and ended up with a major in skiing Switzerland.
  2. Just a side note not to highjack the thread. Any of you guys know what WATFOR is/was without Googling it? I was immensely interested in that in those years.
  3. Isn't she a sweetie?

    Joke

A dozen good ole boys around a campfire having wobbly pops taking a whiz every 30 minutes with no running water...I don't think popcorn would be my snack of choice.
  7. Welcome aboard Beernuts. Looking forward to hearing of your adventures on the water.
  8. Y'needs to specify...are we talking metric debutant shots or Redneck shots?
  9. Thanks for the great report, Will. Although they're nice, forget the fish cause I'll bet that lotsa folks on here would have loved to spend a week fishing with their dad. You did good. Congrats!
  10. I don't have any brake problems for the time being but I'm posting this to let everyone know how amazed/grateful/thankful I am at all the help someone can get here. Be it for or from newbies or some of the older members. It's really great and Terry is one of those folks that I'd call a worthy recipient. Thanks everyone......it's really nice.
  11. Great stories, great pictures...what a charmed life you live. More power to ya Bud.
  12. Thanks for the report, good stuff. I'll bet that the one in the first pic is packing on the pounds now for the winter. Congrats to your Bud on his first muskie as well.
  13. Sounds like a super time Lew....really wish I could make that one but things are up in the air here. Wishing you all a good turn out and a great day on the water.
  14. Congrats on the catches, Roger. Yeah, that one fish looks like it might have attacked one prop too many. You did good. Thanks for sharing that.
  15. Don't marinate the bird and don't buy a self-basting bird either. You can and it's even desirable to rub-pat the turkey with your favorite herbs and spices....I like a Cajun rub. If it's the first time you're deep frying something as large as a turkey, don't fry it on a wooden deck or a concrete slab. The fryer should be on grass or earth...very level. You also should keep children and even teenagers away from the fryer. Always stay with the fryer as it needs a few heat adjustments as you go. Hope you have a great meal. ps. An apropriate fire extinguisher is a good idea as well.
  16. Thanks for the heads up Connie. It's nice to see people succeed.
  17. Great report. Thanks for sharing your good fortune with us.
  18. WOW!!! That is a great BIG fish! It certainly looks bigger than 48", and fat too! Congrats to everyone involved.
  19. Glad you enjoyed your trip guys. Very nice seeing you folks again. Thanks for the kind words.
  20. Thanks for that...I've been using windguru for years now.
  21. You bloody well better remember at least ONE more name, Mister! Great report Fidel... 'twas a pleasure meeting your person.
  22. WOW, excellent job there Glen! UL eh? That stripe is magnificent! Were there any female bass pros near shore this time? I don't like the sound of turbines near a dam. You did good Bubba. Really glad you had a good time and I thank you for sharing that. You got some super fish (again) today.
  23. Looks like you both had a good time Toddy. I've never been to Memquisit. Thanks for the report.
  24. Get healed up soon Bubba. I know you want to get back to throwing big baits on the Ottawa.
  25. A super report Dude! Looks like walleye heaven up there. I must say, that boat is perfectly loaded. Undoubtedly done by experts. The weight distribution and colour arrangement is just a pleasure to behold. Thanks for posting your adventure.
