Actually, they are Clark's. I wore them all through the 60's...then they came out with the Wallabees...they sold well but they just weren't the same. Clark's desert boots...one of the most comfortable pieces of footwear I've ever worn.
Just a wonderful report Mike. I've really been looking forward to this one. I'll come back and take the time to really enjoy it cause right now I'm busier than a 3 legged cat trying to bury a turd on a frozen pond.
ps. I was able to tweak that song clip by hitting the mute switch on my headset.
Thanks for the great report, Governator. It's really special that you had the foresight to document your very first season of fishing.
Thanks again for the great read.
For muskie, I would go Compre as well. The Convergence is available in a muskie casting model but I haven't tried it. For the price, I might be tempted to try it.
Mike! No bed linens, no towels, no BBQs and you can't launch your boat. Are you sure they're open?
Last I heard, Merland still had all of those things!
You're right Drifter. Nothing wrong with folks having their own opinion. It's just that we don't like for our family to show up on a browser search for degenerates.
Looks like a good time Dawg. Yanno, I didn't really need to see the finger pics. Woulda taken your word for it. Some very nice fish there. Congrats on the PB tie. Those threadfins look good enough to eat. I guess y'all have to go out and buy a new hook eh? Aren't you glad you had the Gerber tool with you?
Thanks for posting Bubba.
This is my best (and only now) guitar. I bought mine new in 1961. http://www.ggjaguar.com/6117.htm I don't think that I'd ever be able to find anything that good on the market today. Annie needs some minor adjustments today though.
Glad everything went well with your surgery. I know we all want to get back out there as soon as possible but please be careful. Backs are tricky pieces of equipment and one little slip could hurt much more than your ankle.
Take care.
