  1. Phil, check your PM.
  2. Sorry for your loss. Sure makes one sit back and think. My thoughts are with you.
  3. Brian, you know the scary part, I new every word he said . Thats got to be the best I've heard in a long time. I love the brudders sound effects. You just made my night. Happy New Year Now if I could only find me Screech.
  4. Congrats on the new machine . The Whities don't have a chance now. That trailer would make a nice fish hut, just need a couple holes in the floor and your good.
  5. I read it to Brian, and I don't know what he's saying.
  6. St. Williams is just past Turkey Pt. It's in the Long Pt. Area Lake Erie The whole bay is shallow 7' max. Great for the kids because you can see the bottom and the fish. I came home with a soar neck, looking down the hole. I guess that makes me a kid Fishnsled I just finished a big plate of those little ones, nothing like a fresh feed. Phil, Me and Glenn Did the big walk today . I think I walked his legs off The young Guy can't keep up with the old man When I dropped him off at home, he went right to bed. 12 hours ice fishin did him in You got to come out with us sometime Phil
  7. I caught 4 jumbos, 1 was 13 1/2" other 3 were 12" Lots of dinkers. 1 bonus Pike 30" and released. I brought home about 30 Perch, most 8to9". Was a nice day, didn't need the heater. Having Perch for super tonight. New Years Eve Perch. Has a ring to it. Tried my new Pack Shack, worked great but I don't know how it likes LPB wind. I don't know of a windier place in the world like LPB can get. Walked in, in 1" of water on top of the fast melting ice. There was 10" of good black ice but I don't know how it's going to be for the weekend. The hut operator was taking his huts in while we walked in. Be careful guys if your thinking of going this week.
  8. Good one Art
  9. It was a MNR tag. The Orillia Perch Fest tags are yellow and are about 3"long.
  10. Terry, Looking at that picture, some people just don't learn. Parking all together on the ice.
  11. If your board, pier 4 is froze. Do a little ice fishing. Few guys have been fishin there, just be careful.
  12. Looks like Cooks Bay off Gilford
  13. I'm tellin Santa, not suppose to open till Christmas morning.
  14. I know nothing about Hockey, but why is it the only team stuff I see at Giant Tiger store is Maple Leafs. Nobody buys, the rack is full.
  15. Trailer maybe a couple hundred bucks, Scrap price for the aluminum railing. Disposal of the boat and motor will be more than what you'll get.. Run, don't buy it. If your sellin, tell the guy your at your own risk. I wouldn't want anyone to get stranded 2 miles off shore on Erie with a storm moving in. Might be alright for a small lake were you can paddle to shore.
  16. I thought I was looking through mine. My Clam Guide has gone the same way. I'd never buy another Clam
  17. Thanks for the heads up skeeter. I put it in the gas then started it, ran it for a few Min's. then left it to set for a few days. I haven't tried it yet but I'll be taking it outside. Thanks skeeter
  18. Back home with mom and dad for Christmas is good healing. Have a good Christmas Pops
  19. I just put it in my snow blower. The float valve was stuck, gas kept running out the carb when stopped. I hope it works. My neighbor had the same problem, the shop gave him a kit for his carb. After he put the kit in problem solved. he saved the old parts because nothing looked wrong with them, the needle valve was stuck. probably gummed up. I hope this stuff does the trick.
  20. Was on the Cooks Bay site and there was a guy out fishing Cooks 14' FTW catching small Perch, he said there was 4" of ice were "he" was. But your on your own. Just be careful. Myself, I'd wait another week. A fish is not worth your life. I wouldn't want to read about a OFC'ER gone missing.
  21. Thanks Roy, I'll be checking our store. Last time it came on sale they were sold out.
  22. I'll spend my money here, because. nuff said.
  23. I have a 2 piece which makes it a little more versatile. I think the one piece is warmer and safer. The only draw back is trying to have a whizz with that stupid bib . They should have some sort of a zipper in the crotch.
  24. Kinda makes you wonder if it's all worth it. A friend of mine said you fisherman aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he's a golfer and a Mapleleaf fan , what can I say
  25. Hay, that's kinda neet . Thanks for posting. Great idea, just wunder how the glue holds up.
