  1. Thanks Lloyd PM sent.
  2. You got that right Terry, my boat is still trying to dry out from the waves on Wednesday, we got soaked.
  3. Man, you guys did good, So that's what a Walleye looks like And I had my boat put away. Looks like it's coming out early, like next week.
  4. Billy, up hear, we have to many people that just say OH well what can you do, no sense complaining . When our gas went up to $.75 a litre they were going to set up road blocks. It just jump $.40 over night and know one says a thing . We sit back and just believe some other bull story. What's your gas now? Ours is almost $4.60 a US gallon.
  5. There is no central data base for the operators card. I wonder if this went to court and you had a lawyer, what would happen if you said you lost your card. Just a thought.
  6. I lost money in the stock market, so I think all the tax payers should help me out. Oh I forgot the money I lost at the slots. Who are these people that do their book work. Years later they find out their losing money. I wouldn't want to hear their fish story
  7. Loyd sure is on the fish. Aren't you lucky Terry, we cleared out the no fish spots. Congrats on the PB . You guys got my buddy's thinking of going down again next week. I guess I don't put the boat away yet.
  8. Brian, you should see some of the Walleye guys are catching jigging, 5 to 6 inches.
  9. Get a smart meter, you'll save big time
  10. Fishing is becoming a rich mans sport, gas and launch fees are almost killing us. Just this week, truck and boat $180.00 in gas to fish. Good job for the 4 stroke kicker. I hate to see my Hunting and Fishing card renewal.
  11. Fished 4 days at Quinte, 7 guys. 4 fish total Monday to Thurs. First day launched at the Ferry and trolled past the Bat cave and back. Second day, launched Prinyers cove, must have seen about 20 boats fishing there to the hydro plant. Third day launched back at the Ferry and trolled just past Keith's almost to the Bat cave till the 70 K winds kicked up, we made it back to the ferry and called it a day at 2:00 pm. we were soaked with the waves coming over the boat. Forth day launched in the harbor and trolled the cement plant to the Triangle we where the only 2 boats there, nada fish. So we seen a few boats at Thompson's and decided to jig for a few hours and head home. We jigged and caught about 20 little sausage Walleye and maybe 4 keeper fish if you eat them from there. So thats 8 days for me there this year with 8 guys and 8 fish total. We talked to a lot of groups and they said we were luck, they never had a sniff. Only other fish we seen were a few boats from the states, they had 2 fish. Sorry no pictures
  12. You can be sure of that Terry, the way my luck has been down there, I don't need the camera. I'll be posting when I get back. You guys may be gone by then. OrangePeal, look for the blue and white Princecraft with 4 guys in it and the Perch Festival black Lund. I'll try and remember to put the VHF radio on. Just give us a call. most of the time we have the FRS radio's on. First day I think were putting in at Bath.
  13. Good tip Wayne, the only thing, now I need a new Key Board
  14. You guys leave the town in one piece and leave some fish for me. I'm in the Picton Harbor Inn suit upstairs, 15,16,17,18 Good luck guys.
  15. Half the pictures wouldn't be posted here if you didn't have a landing NET. Also, we wouldn't be posting about this if it wasn't for the OFC or the PC
  16. I guess that means no Walleye will be eaten from Quinte. I have never eaten any from Quinte since the Walleye we caught there a few years ago. Half the Walleyes weight was tumors. I posted the picture on the OFC. But when you think about it. The water that Timmy's uses comes from Lake O. Enjoy your Java boys. Chlorine doesn't remove the chemicals.
  17. Sorry to hear that Harry, I know how you feel. The only brand new vehicle I ever bought, it got stolen 2 months after I bought it. I felt like my world had ended when I saw that empty parking spot, what a feeling. I never bought a new vehicle since. Man I'd like to catch these guys.
  18. Your daughter sounds like a fighter Wayne, she is going to beat this monster. Pop's, hang in buddy. My thoughts are with your family. Just think of your first flight Wayne, that's were this will go, I'm sure.
  19. Yes the minnows were in that day. I saw a few people netting them. Sorry for not getting back to you, I'm doing the Bamby thing this week.
  20. Almost makes you want to sell your guns Brian, I've been thinking getting rid of mine for a few years. Lets move back down east Brian, then again, could be just as bad.
  21. Yes that what she said, but when I checked my receipt 0 PST,0 GST,0 HST unless the tax was hidden
  22. Corvette,On masters site says Bosc won 1st. place. Something wrong with the post on his site???? Congrats on your win
  23. Buck, that's not a buck. It's a fish. Looks like a spawning Rainbow to me. Nice Rainbow Trout.
  24. Happens all the time Brian. Same happens were me and my buddy hunt,we just sit in stands, guys come and go all day dogging. All we hope is they bush deer to us. It's funny to see a truck load of wahoos, bush the bush and leave with nothing and 10 Min's. later another different truck load of wahoos push the same bush Sooner or later, they push deer to you. Thanks Wahoos for pushing deer my way, ticks them off when you get the deer they miss. Like the Rabbit and the turtle. If you want the bush to your self, get yourself a crossbow, the hunt starts 1st Oct. You get the jump on the Wahoos. It's like fishin, everyone wants to fish were you are. My biggest rant this year was the price of the deer license $43.00. Stick with it Brian, you'll get your deer. Chances are they won't be back this week. Don't forget, save the tail for jiggs
  25. A lot of people cast around the Picton docks or if you can get permission along the north shore to Glenora, I know a few guys that cast that way do better than us in boats. I've seen some big fish netted at the docks, but that's night fishing. Myself, I gave up on the night fishing, no fun in the dark or it could be the old thing I was down last week with 7 other Guys 3 boats and caught 1 fish near the ferry. Heard a few guys did better near Bath. We trolled as far as the Bat Cave. Be more fun catching them casting than trolling anyway. But that's night fishin Good Luck Bud
