I think there is a place (fesserton?) about 5 minutes off the highway near hwy 400/hwy 12. the place in Barrie does not carry anything bigger than emerald shiners...ok for hammerhandles but not the big boys if you're after pike

I'm with johnnyb on this one. Usually after a bad review some people step up to agree, but others stick up for the place in question...not this time apparently...which means it must be a truly horrendous operation.

the fish are in the water. If you are walking through Dunnville you will smell fish, but that is usually eminating from the residents. I have a cousin there that looks like a mudcat. Quite a town that Dunnville

zoinks! Some tense moments for that guy (although the camera man doesn't seem too concerned). Not too sure about the claim of 100's of deep scratches on the man's head and back though. I'm thinking if the bear got close enough to issue 100's of scratches that man would be bear poop by now.

nice looking pike for a pond with max 6 foot depths. I've got a similar one near my house and the pike are absolutely tiny

I've never actually bought a portable, I have just made portable units out of regular fishfinders. All I ever did was buy a suction cup (probably 1 aisle over) and a box to house/transport everything in. Saved some $$ doing it that way, rather than paying 50.00 more for a matching case.

forget the paint. Fish like a boat that looks like crap. My first boat was a lot like that one. I've moved on and am on my fourth boat now, but that little tinny saw some of the best fishing days.
