you dont put on 25lbs of muscle and move with the same ease/speed as you used to. also, all that extra muscle takes A LOT more oxygen...if his cardio hasnt come up with his weight, it may be a problem for him.

the matrix/vibe is a fantastic car and has LOTS of room for gear in the back, roofrack for anything you cant fit in the back as well. My sister bought one a couple ofyears ago and has not had a single problem with it (which is great for me...im the mechanic in the family heheh) ryan

I plan on fixing my boat up a bit this spring, new wood for the seats etc and I was thinking of painting the inside of the boat. I know about prepping it and all of that, but I was wondering if theres a colour that people prefer to paint the inside. I want a colour that wont reflect the sunlight directly at me, and wont get stupid hot to the touch. I've seen a lot of boats with a robins egg blue sort of paint on the inside, is there a reason for this? Can anyone give me an idea of what paint colour works.... heck, even what I should avoid. thanks ryan

ive had a sedona 2500 (i believe) for 4 or 5 years now. it still works real nice, and it has pretty much been beaten around the whole time i've had it.

I'd look into some of the power programmers you can find for sale all over. I don't know the legality of them, most are "for off road use only" or something like that. I know they're made for the diesel pickups, dont know about the vans though. ryan

yeah, thats what i figured. i walked around the area we had setup and punched a few more holes and fished them but the girlfriend didnt want to head very far from where we first set up. I'm thinking of driving out maybe next weekend (weather and ice permitting obviously) after walking from the car out to the spot i think she was just about done with walking out any further. I wanted to try and make her first time out as painless as possible

Made it up to Gilford today and got the girlfriend out on the ice for the first time. After waking up at the crack of 9, stopping at bass pro on the way up, and detouring into Lefroy for minnows (innisfil bait and tackle had none) we made it onto the ice right around 1pm. Made our way out onto the ice and setup in what turned out to be about 15' of water, tops. We didn't move much from where we first setup, and thats probably the reason we only got 8 or so perch in the 3 hours we were out there, lost 4 or 5 as well. We were using live minnows on small jigheads just above the bottom and the bite was really light, I got stripped of my minnow many times. All in all it went alright, and the girlfriend even wants to get out again next sunday. Hopefully we can get into a few more next week. Lots of ice out there, at least a foot where we were. Alot of snowmobiles, quads and trucks all over the place. ryan

It looks like the floor in the bottom boat and the pieces up the side may provide some of the strength you'd lose when you remove the bench seat. Also consider the flotation foam that is probably under the middle seat, you'd have to think about that as well. Isn't the amount AND the position of the flotation foam important to keeping the boat level in the event that it is swamped? I'd think that removing/moving it wouldn't be a problem any other time, but if it does happen...you may be in some trouble, if not on the water itself, but with your insurance company if they find it's been modified. ryan
