the fishing has been awesome on the kawarthas....i did well opening day got my limit,and have done well again the other day...slow,slow has been the ticket,but the water is warming up big time,all i can tell you is find any green emerging weeds you can....and there is lots on your end of the lake....

i have a 7.2 ft crucial dropshot rod,and its medium extra fast and its amazing for both walleyes and smallies for shoting !!!! and it was around the $150 mark and i have had it for about 5yrs !!!!

my lund trailer has wet hubs !!!! there is oil inside the hubs not grease...and they are awesome 20,000km at least on my trailer and not a single issue you can also see through the plastic glass at the oil level in the hubs they all should come like this !!!! its by far the best way out there

still 30 inches on most parts of sturgeon & pigeon lakes !!!!! no way you are fishing easter weekend.....
