we got hit hard just up the lake from you cliff,the nieghbors 17ft bayliner was ripped off the boatlift and flipped upside down,and in the lake 100ft from where the boatlift was,it is also upside down in the lake ,there was also several small boats sank as well..lots of dock damage trees down and of course the power was out for almost 24hrs !!! the outboard was a 90 i think its somewhere out in the lake,there was also a few small fires caused by the trees leaning on the wires the fire department hung around all night making sue nobodys cottage caught on fire during the night!! most of the fallen trees are off the roads and stuff,but when the cottagers come up this weekend they will have some work to do for sure...lots of docks are wrote off,and shoreline damage as well...it was bad,but not as bad as the minden area and coboconk,at least nobody was hurt....cheers

i as well was there the same day fishing when they got nailed !!! im sooo glad...and i know the boat,the color,so i will be watching...i live right on the lake as well...

its all bull, !! thats discrimination big time....

take pictures,and document everything...!!! i talked to the MNR in omemee 3 days ago,i saw him stopped,on the bridge so i pulled over and talked to him,there has been people out there poaching turtles!!!!...man was i made,and i asked what to do,and he said too call the local police,and they can hold them till they get an conservation officer on the phone to get the proper reading of the charges,and the police can and will arrest them !!! so the mnr can tell the cops whith proper wording and stuff,on what to charge them with...he said that turtle poaching is very serious too,and i have seen them there but didnt know what they were doing i could have stopped and probly got them nailed....dam

thanks craig !! very interesting,and i do miss my 14ft smoker tinny for sure,it was bullett proof,many rough water adventures,including lake ontario,about 100 times,and never a leak,a buckle nothing i had it for 7yrs,and loved it!! nice to see where they are made as well,i would not ever hesitate to buy one again,i own a lund now,but if i could have got a smoker in the same style i would have got it for sure....

a strike pro for sure!!! but there is several other companies that have the patent for them now and make them under a few different names!!! challenger i think makes them as well...cheers

i agree it should be alot more diversified, but only a few of them fish in all different seasons,like parsons,mania,and 2 others...and yes al lindner should have been there for sure, cheers
