  1. I'm not worried about it. I'm lucky to get my limit, never mind over it LOL I do like to can geese, but no worries there. Canned whities would be great I bet. I know down home we do a lot of herring and mackeral and its to die for. Salmon too. S.
  2. Happy and legal are two different things though. Do I have to count canned ducks as part of my possession? What about rabbits? I am not sure. What If I make them into pepperettes or jerky? Are they still considered to be part of my possession limits? Whats the difference with canned meats? S.
  3. I am interested in hearing what MNR has to say as well. I can a lot of things, and wonder if it is still considered to be in possession once its canned. I assumed your fish were considered processed, meaning prepared to eat. It kinda hard to can fish in a way that they are easily counted, so I would love to know what they say. S.
  4. I'm in this fan club! S.
  5. I was going to say 1-2000 bucks.
  6. I cant see the downrigger or rod holders but they must be there somewhere?
  7. Mine used to have the same graphics until I painted it. Mine is a 16WB Tiller. 1993 I believe....or maybe 91....can't remember now lol. Still as solid now as it was the day I got it. Just a little wear on the paint lol S.
  8. Nice. Good on you guys.
  9. I wouldnt say below any of those. Take a good look at one, and also notice how many old ones are still on the water. They have always been right up there in the top of class for aluminum boats. S.
  10. Sounds like a great spot for some hives. I have a few buckwheat fields close to my place. Makes the best honey apparently.
  11. The trick is they build them right, from the start, and have very few warrantee issues. Mine is bullet proof. S.
  12. Yup, I was thinking the same thing when I heard about his passing. Before we know it there will be no good ones left. This year has been hard on the music greats so far! S.
  13. I'm considering getting a couple hives this year to see what its all about. Something to do at the very least. S.
  14. I should get a sap tsunami here today. Hoping anyways. S.
  15. Launching the boat is actually free....LOL
  16. Well first mistake was getting 10k from the launch on rice in a kayak LOL I don't go that far in my boat from the launch. If I need to go that far, I pull the boat and launch somewhere else.....closer to where I want to fish. S.
  17. For $200 you can easily get a group 27 size deep cycle battery. I would also not recommend the CT batteries. I have had bad luck with them as well. The ones I'm using right now are magna charge and going on the 4th season no problem, and I troll steady almost all the time on my electric. Same batteries as costco. S.
  18. Finished 7 more litres last night. Nice dark thick batch. Getting a break now. Might get a bit of sap this week, but daytime temps aren't quite warm enough. S.
  19. Very cool! Those are some tank whities! S.
  20. Yup ec is a good dood fer sher!
  21. How big are the carbon footprints for each of these turbines. How big is it for the transport, construction, and installation? Where do the materials go from these turbines go once they are out of date and rendered useless? I can see both sides, and I understand both sides. I hate looking at them, I will tell ya that. If they reduced my hydro bill I might have a different opinion, but I see these things everywhere I go and my hydro just goes up and up and up and up and up and up.......When does it stop??? S.
  22. I get mine at Kawartha Battery in Peterborough. S.
  23. These trent severn guys just never get it right. Drives me crazy. They will probably drop the levels just after the walleye spawn and kill them all.....again. GRRRR S.
  24. Bahahahaha.....THAT is AWESOME!! S.
  25. I use these. http://www.ebay.com/bhp/battery-quick-disconnect I can't seem to get links or pics to work here so you will have to copy and paste. I use these for all kinds of battery connections and they are super heavy duty, and never let me down. S.
