I work to fund my fishing and hunting addiction. I'm not looking to get rich. I own everything I have and my bills are paid. I don't have much, but its all mine, and I have everything I need to live a happy life and do the things I want to do. I can't complain. I did things kind of backwards. I started as a tradesman at 17 (carpenter), learned quick and ran my own company for 10 years, then went back to school at 30. Now I work a decent job with good benefits and retirement plan that involves my school training and my carpentry background in the outdoors. I love it. Life is good. As a kid, nothing was handed to me. I had a paper route and delivered flyers when I was 8 or ten and have always worked for anything I wanted since. I've never had a problem finding a job, but I have a pretty diverse portfolio. Experience pays, not necessarily education. And, of course, its not what you know, but who you know a lot of the time. Ive never ever had a snell do that. Are you sure your tying it right? I use harnesses A LOT. Pretty much from the time walleye season opens until hunting season and never ever had that happen. I use 17lb up to 20lb mono for mine.

I moved my battery compartment in my boat to accommodate this problem. Sitting on the starboard side running the tiller with both batteries on the port leveled it out. But when I get people in the boat, they always seem to get too far to port and counter my efforts LOL.... S.

To make your harnesses "swim" right, you have to use a snell knot.....unless your only using one hook. I snell the first one, and clinch the end hook. I use improved clinch for everything except the first hook on a harness. I can't wait to drag harnesses.....still two weeks for me here. S.

You can't blame the kids, its their parents. Kids nowadays get everything handed to them. I had to work for everything i have, even when I was a kid. They just don't know any better. S.

Yeah, a bit of a pita to repair, but like Dara said, very unusual to have any issues. My venture rolled over 10K this winter. Works like a champ. Thats a rough pill to swallow, but seriously, what are the chances of that even happening? Crazy. S.

Im still using the same powerdrive i bought from you like 10 years ago. Never had a single problen with it. I have replaced a couple foot pedals, but i dont take care of them anyways lol.... Still works as good now as it did when i got it off you. S.
