You have to go to service ontario and get the boat registered. Your lucky you haven't been asked for it yet. Its a substantial fine for not having it on board at all times. You'll need to get your mom to do it I guess, since its in her name. The Trailer ownership, she signs over to you, and you pay the tax on what you paid for it when you change it over at the MTO office. Sinker

I've had several sleds over the years, but the best one I've ever had.......is the one I have now. Its nothing special, and its not fast, but its very dependable, and always gets me from A - B. Its an arctic cat puma 340 fan cooled 2-up. Great little sled for icefishing. I don't know where AC gets the bad name from.......this one has been great! Sinker

Yanno.....I've had many puncture wounds, but never a hook.......YET!! I've had many nails in many different parts of my body, a few staples......one right thru the bone in my big toe.......but never a hook. I fish and hunt alone all the time. I don't mind it one bit. I just make sure I'm extra careful, and keep things under control. I think I know where to draw the line when it comes to solo adventures. I run the merc quicksilver oil in mine, always have, always will. Last time I bought a jug it was 40 bucks for 4 litres. Sure, its expensive, but I really think it makes a difference. If I run out and use cheap oil, I can really notice a difference in how smooth my engine runs, and how well it idles down at a troll. Sinker
