  1. Those really are awesome photos Joey! I'd love to take you on a duck hunt to photograph the whole thing. You certainly havve an eye for the birds! Great stuff! S.
  2. They die. I've replaced lots of them over the years. S.
  3. Fall fish for sure. S.
  4. No, the Burnt river is the Burnt river. Flows thru kinmount, into cameron lake in Fenelon Falls. S.
  5. Click on any users name, then click on "send me a message" button to send a pm. S.
  6. My dads golden retreiver eats fish heads and table scraps for the most part. In the winter he gets seal fat mixed with corn meal. Healthy as can be at 14 years old. My family ran dog sleds back in the day, and you'd be amazed at what. Those dogs ate! Strong like bulls too. Mine gets dry food, 4 cups a day, and he gets some table scraps here and there too. He'll eat anything though.....and he's a little over weight. S.
  7. Well, you must be hammered by now Or having a nap LOL S.
  8. I don't like paying for any launch. The crappy gravel launches, with no maintenance, no dock, and no garbage can are the ones I like. I don't mind paying if its a well maintained launch with some facilities. Even a garbage can and a crappy dock with a decent concrete ramp is worth $10, but I will drive way out of my way to find a free one, just out of spite! S.
  9. That's total garbage! I wouldn't give them a red penny!! S.
  10. How did you crack it in the first place? Seems like an odd spot for a crack..... I hope it holds up for ya! S.
  11. I'm pretty sure there's crappies in there too. Fished it once, lots of good looking water, but came up empty handed.
  12. Well, ccmt is the first to say it, but I'm sure there are a few more coming lol S.
  13. What exactly do you consider a whack job? Lol I'm working this weekend, maybe another time.....but......I've been called a whack job many times S.
  14. The pfleuger reels are a. Good. Bang for the buck, but if you do a lot of fishing, they don't hold up. They haven't for me anyways. I have 2 out of 4 that are out of commision. I have shimanos and diawas that are many, many years old, and still perform flawlessly. S.
  15. Go get 'em dude! Good luck, and safe travels! S.
  16. You'll be fine in the back bays of scugog in a canoe. When I was a kid, that's all we had, and we fished scugog a lot out of it. Launch off the causeway on the east side of the island and have atter. S.
  17. Lol...... Glad to hear your getting the treatment you deserve, Cliff. I've had nothing but trouble with the big 3, and also with Kia. S.
  18. Maybe if north american vehicles had something comparable that would last, I would agree. No bang for my buck with the big 3 as far as I'm concerned. No resale, no reliability....where do you get your value? S.
  19. I have one that doesn't make any noise when the drag slips, but I can still adjust the tension fine. S.
  20. Any day on the water is a good day, but that makes me jealous! S.
  21. I'm so glad you didn't get a kia!! Nothing wrong with the Matrix. I'm sure it will serve you well for many years. S.
  22. I like the Kalins jig heads for plastics. Pretty much the same as what's posted above. Once the plastic splits, they're toast. S.
  23. Yep, I like the wire "keepers" too. S.
  24. I wouldn't tow a 3000lb boat around too far/often with a forester. My whole rig is maaaybe 1200lbs fully loaded. It handles that no problem. S.
