Great video Jacques but far too early for a year end report. It's times like this I'm glad I don't hunt, it would drive me crazy!! Fishing, no hunting....Hunting....no fishing. lol!

Just finally got around to eating dinner and I could eat again after seeing that. Looks great!

A day in the life of_________ Depending on the venue, outside is preferred for clean up, you auction of items for what the groom to be might do/have in a day. For example, "Bob" starts his day with a shower - you auction off a pail/bucket of ice water and the winning bidder gets to dump the ice water on the groom. Next would be breakfast and you would have coffee grounds, maybe pancake mix, maple syrup, orange juice, eggs - all as separate auction items. Be creative with their favourite foods for all the meals. Whatever activities they like to do, make that apart of it. Ie. Likes to fish, needs bait, auction off a can of sardines to be dumped on them. The people doing the dumping will be creative as to how and where they dump, rub and pour the items on the groom. Tons of laughs and lots of money will be generated from this. Just keep a garden hose ready for the clean up or lots of tarps if doing it indoors and close to the shower. One stag we did this at raised over $1000 on this auction alone.

Never fished it, probably should one of these days. Is your brother making pulled pork? Might be a reason to drag the boat up there this weekend. Have a great vacation!!

There is a butcher place there that sells pulled pork wraps with the coleslaw on them. Very good for a quick lunch. Joe's brother makes an incredible pulled pork. Maybe we should have an OFC fishing and BBQ day, bet the food would be pretty damn good, maybe just skip the fishing and go right for the grub.

Going to have to make a trip to the St Lawrence Market for some pulled pork now. Although it is quite good, I doubt that it would even come close to what you have make there. Yours looks awesome!!!

X2, or we do our own trip Terry. lol. I've always enjoyed fishing out of those Naden boats. Great report as always Bunk! Great fishing and scenery, awesome to see the Caribou. You guys should try to plan your meals a bit more and you might eat better. Just drooling over those meal shots, food looks awesome!

How is the bilge pump working these days?? Always bring tarps, never know if you'll get some of those pop up thunderstorms. A dining tent with drop down sides to keep the rain out is great. I do like Ron's "Quebec Garage".

How do I embed a video Click the embed icon under the video. It will bring up the file..right click and copy. On OFC... use the Full Editor... down on the lower left there is a "click to configure post options". Click that... and under post options turn on HTML Auto. Paste your video embed file into the post... then hit Add reply. Looking forward to the report!

I know of a guy that does his own bucktails and swears by using skunk fur. Lots of roadkill to get supplies from. Says the smell drives the muskies crazy and it lasts a longtime on the baits. Not sure that I want that smell in my boat but he does very well in his. And yes I am serious, seen the baits and they smell like skunk. Asked if he'd sell me a couple and was told sure! Just have to go and get my own skunk fur. I still don't have any baits.

Best to get the skunk out of the way on your "home turf" before you make the trek to musky haven. Good luck Lew and have great trip!
