  3. Some great times there! Thanks for the post.
  4. Cool report! Nice to see something different. Thanks for posting.
  5. NICE FISH!!! Congrats to the 2 of you!
  6. Just an amazing report!!! Still laughing about your day. Glad to here that you didn't get hurt to bad as well. Congrats on a GREAT DAY of fishing. Thanks for sharing!
  7. Good prices as well. They seemed to be my go to place for electronic devices. I've bought my GPS, a fishfinder and my VHF radio from them as they had the best prices everytime I was shopping. I've got a Uniden VHF handheld (I think it's this model) and so for so good but haven't used it that much. I did also take the course and got my licence this spring. I'd consider a unit with the DSC system on it as well and hook it up with your gps if you have one on board as Mr JR suggested. For bang for your dollar you might be better with a fixed mount if you have the room for it.
  8. No worries about a message to me, you've got enough on your hands right now. If you do get a chance to come by that would be great. I hope to see ya!
  9. It sure is great to hear from you. Your bro is keeping me posted from time to time and I've been hearing some good things about you. Good looking boat, my buddy has one just like it and loves fishing from it. Great report BTW and thanks for sharing. Now as Snag said...... Bring them on!!!!!
  10. Looks like a great day to me. Nice fish!!!!
  11. Good to hear HH! Maybe Wayne can just beach that whale of a boat he has and save us little guys a dock?
  12. There's a couple of big bridges out that way but Merland Park is closer to Picton. Click HERE for a map.
  13. That's AWESOME!!! Congrats!
  14. Well it looks like HH and I will be there sharing my boat again this year. Looking forward to another great weekend with some great people.
  15. Great point Peter. Those crackable chemical lights are pretty inexpensive. I've got whistles on my lifejackets and will be adding those lights as well. A couple of dollars to possibly save someones life, good deal. Great post Cliff! Edit - My lifejackets have reflective patches which would help if a light was to hit you. Having a light to start which my get you out of the water faster. imo.
  16. Where do you attach your line to the bait?? I don't think it will hold up to any speed trolling either. Pretty poor design. P3TA will love it though!!!
  17. I'll go with you Brian since Terry can't make it. Terry - when you get back from your trip we'll set something up. Have a great time!
  18. This I know for sure as I just installed a second fishfinder on the boat and it came with a 3 amp fuse. I'm thinking my lights are 5amps and the cigarette lighter is 10 but I'm not a 100% on this.
  19. Good to know Lew. Thanks. Now get out there and put some teeth marks in those new baits! (and not yours! ) Have a great trip and be safe.
  20. Nice looking ride Terry! Congrats! Now about that day on the water you owe me........
