I understand there was 550 health care workers there and nobody knew how to treat someone who was choking

I would take my boat trailer plate with me and bring the utility trailer home then deal with the home made trailer issue.

Check with the renter and see if they will still do the renters check list to make you legal vs the need for a boaters card. Many will not anymore, including my Sister in law at Manitoulin Resort. Boaters card or no rental, thanks to insurance liability from their provider.

I don't feel bad for the losers. But I do for the front line workers who had to watch that crap. They probably feel worse now.

your trailer will not exceed 900kg empty so you don’t need the weigh in crap. I’m sure an estimated weight and carrying capacity will suffice. (Axle rating minus dry weight of trailer materials) lots of people register trailers as homemade, even if they are not (ie bought without ownership because seller can’t find it)

Just recently got my boating license from boaterexam, and although the exam part was not that bad, but the studying part is time consuming 😩. Just relieved I passed the first try with over 90% 😌

Pretty sure the fella that owns the camp can give you a mini test so your legally licensed to operate his boats while your there....but I may be wrong.
