I think this is part of that joke where the judge asks him how long it will take him to pay the fine he says it depends on how full the nets are.

buying nice sized minnows for ice fishing can get costly. When we have had a bad day and have lots of bait left I have joked to my buddies about selling them on marketplace. Guess I shouldn't do that!
