msp Posted April 19, 2017 Report Share Posted April 19, 2017 (edited) I have a 16 ft Sylvan SC 2008. Great boat. Doesn't ride as smooth as a Lund but for my style of fishing its great. A higher and larger deck than the Lund . Light weight for towing , can get into some real skinny water too.Handles big Lake Ontario rollers and white caps too. raf is correct. Sylvan stopped production of their fishing boats and only makes pontoon boats now. Obviously there are better made boats out there but they come with a larger pric tag. Garnet Posted April 19, 2017 Report Share Posted April 19, 2017 My 1 st tournament boat was a 16 ft Sylvan Super Snapper. Started with a 30 tiller and upgraded to a 40 tiller.
