Pigeontroller Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Is the place in Hamilton still there? I believe its called Ontario Plywood specialties...
HTHM Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Turkstra should still have it or be able to order it, but you could also try The Wood Shed in Smithville. 905 957 3933.
Pigeontroller Posted April 3, 2017 Author Report Posted April 3, 2017 Called the number for Ontario Plywood today, not in service...Tried the Woodshed in Smithville and they have 3/4'' for $130
Old Ironmaker Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 (edited) Many boat rebuilders are going to pressure treated plywood. Sealing it with spar varnish or similar 100% especially where it will contact Aluminum. Even Marine grade will eventually rot if exposed to water continuosly, it just takes longer. I had some left over ice and snow roofing shield and we put that down wherever Al contact was. Buddy used 3/4" PT last year for his StarCraft rebuild as he had it on hand. It will outlive him if he keeps it dry. Edited April 3, 2017 by Old Ironmaker
