I can remember fishing Little lake 20 some years ago. There was this black cloud that would circle around. Sun then rain then sun again then a down pour. Are we in a vortex here? Yeah, that one was in the 80's and before it made it to Barrie it went down the main street in Grand Valley where we lived during the 96 tornado.
