Got this at the shack the other day, (well….actually my wife caught it)

 

 

 

 

our supper plans changed on the spot………………..

With a few fries and a nice bean sprout coleslaw………..YUM!

 

 

Its been a while since we had fish.

 

 

need to get some more

I've got some cleaned fish in the freezer waiting to be turned in to the exact same yummyness.

 

Can't wait!

Yeah, a buddy of mine picked up one of these last year on sale for $40 at Menards in the USA. Its 18qt. Hook up the BBQ propane, couple 3ltr oil jugs and 20 minutes later….fish and chips. It works outside at -25C too.

Yeah….wife got that one….but i will be sure entering one this year of at least 27"……its rare i finish a year without at least one 30" walter!
