Spent 3 hrs on bass for the first time in a month, yep there are some hawgs to be caught still!

Thanks sir, nope it was the dead slow spinnerbait death roll that was annihilating them. Couldn't rise a fish on topwater. Though I can't figure out why as they were indeed surfacing like crazy that evening.

Probably chasing shad. Next time break out some spoons and try vertical jigging, it can be absolutely insane when you stumble onto a big school Nice fish man!

That's a nice looking bucket. Sometimes the big ones get pretty nasty looking, but that one still has all its fins lol! Nice fish.

Well I did catch it from shore but I was on the public side of the fence, lol
