Brian, both the one in TJ's photo's, and the one you linked, are 10MW. (almost $40 million in equipment each farm...There are a couple 100MW projects in the country right now that are absolutely amazing (Haldimand and Kingston)...I'm always curious as to what locals think about them...I know MOST folks are against wind turbines....so be it....but with respect to solar...Most seem ok with it. Enough of this sidetrack, lol....

without adding any extra cases, straight out of the box, the Galaxy will last longer .... if your hard on your phone, iPhones break.... Our office stopped replacing iPhones after the third break.... Yes, it's the users fault for dropping, etc, their phone. But we seem to replace far less Galaxy phone's than iPhone's... Both phones work to their intended purposes.

I know smallies fight harder than largies, definitely. But smallies are way more boring to target and fish than largies.... That's why I generally target largies unless I'm on erie or simcoe...but even then I refuse to dredge bottom and drag....i'll jerkbait, crankbait, top water....etc... Brownridge is likely the best largie fisherman I've ever seen....i'll be watching the results this year....great stuff!!!!

looks to be about 120 km's from launch to the start of the lake...maybe more. then how far out into the lake these guys go.... damn. lots of gas....loooong way. anyone fish the river for largies, or is it all smallies? wish I lived closer..i'd come out for the weigh-in's for sure.

my bantam curado super free, curado dpv, and two of my curado e201's all went down to texas (eBassFisher) fur super tuning. its amazing how great the old shimanos are when tuned up.... my bantam super free, after super tuning, it as smooth as my calais!!!

there are a TON of used kayak's for sale....every tackle shop has posting of them as well as kijiji. SO MANY folks jumped on the bandwagon and bought them, then realized they truly are not fun to fish out of..... now many of them are up for sale.... one quick look at kijiji typing "fishing kayak" returns 20 plus results.... i'd never consider buying one new ... unless I was hardcore and knew exactly what I wanted (and knew that I actually liked fishing out of a kayak).

this thread shows the board is still willing to share when your not looking for secrets, just some basic info. we headed out, but had a trailer bearing go on us on the way up. by the time we made it to the lake, it was almost noon. fished for five hours, but our mojo wasn't there. We did up about 10 largies, biggest about 2.5lbs. i truly thank everyone for the info and pm's. this is a good place.
