  1. Those fish are scary looking Do they even have eyes?
  2. Many people with vision problems and a love for fishing, would greatly benefit from this service. A thoughtful move to provide this.
  3. That chunky 50+ inch musky and huge northern pike are amazing! All those trophy fish, in that setting, makes me think you have reached the pinnacle of fishing in Ontario Thanks for the pics!
  4. Not often one sees a coho looking like this. Congrats!
  5. That is a great video Bought a pair after some advertisement here a month ago, they are the warmest most comfy socks ever. The lifetime warranty almost doesn't matter.
  6. Nice fish there Fidel, for sure you will put that primo float equipment to good use. Thanks for the great pictures
  7. From what i could gather from Duffins eastward at least to Wilmot the season is still open from HWY 2 south to the lake until Dec. 31st , then it is CNR south from Jan. 1st onwards. Thought it was a recent change as well but apparently not. Good Luck
  8. Another T.O pike report with a twist, have to give it a try sometime but never do. Are the fish still hitting in the late fall down there?
  9. Best picture of a steelie posted so far this fall. Chunky and colourful. Good stuff!
  10. Umm... wasn't "homeless joe" i was up that way and had to go, leaves used were poison ivy turns out. yup need tp
  11. All rainbow trout or steelhead are introduced in Ontario. There is nothing natural about them being here. Usually people like going to NY or Ohio now where they are stocked and readily caught. Taking only 2 fish seems fair.
  12. Interesting way to see the animals in the area. This way you can get a close look without getting bit or whatever. That was a funny little story
  13. Nice fish there GCD! Probably the size of a big dinner plate:thumbsup_anim:
  14. Each time this gets bumped back up i look at and read this in awe. What a remarkable trip and incredible and lengthy work to have made this report! Thanks again. This story at the start really gives an idea of the nature and distance from civilisation. Did you tell any of the other anglers this story prior to your arrival? It would have creeped me out! Still amazed by this report.
  15. That is a lot of nice muskies! Noticed that they were getting fatter in pictures as the season got later. You are lucky to be there
  16. Nice smallmouth caught near end of summer...
  17. Wow a near 50 lbs fish from L. St. Clair! Like those spotted muskies.
  18. Great post Muddler! Lots learned there, but being where there is fish is most important and what i find to be the hard part. Too bad about most of this thread turned into a hissyfit, a lot of new knowledge could be gained. Maybe the self indulgent crap can be deleted?
  19. The perch super shad rap has always produced for me in the Kawarthas as well. Will have to purchase that walleye patterned jointed Believer i have been looking at, it got you a couple of muskies. Thanks for the report
  20. Judging by peoples opinions on this thread, seems that conclusion can be reached. Sharp-Shinned or Coopers Hawk?
  21. Someone baiting deer near the road was somewhat irresponsible, 7 other accidents! Right in a heavily populated and travelled area as well. Despite the free meat, sounds like hitting a deer is a terrible and very dangerous experience.
  22. My thoughts as well. You will always benefit from sharing these remarkable reports! Some great pictures, fishing and family all wrapped in one. Thanks for this!
  23. WOW! That is a lot of talent and skill to do those sketches, luckily your daughters have similar skills. WOW!
  24. Another great fishing story w/ real life non-fishing mix. That PB brook trout from Nipigon is amazing! Good luck with all the life changes and continued great fishing.
