Hope this works out for you. Caught an unexpected decent musky on Lake Seymour years ago. But alas, now i am wheelchair bound. Get out if you can. Good Luck!

That is a good weekend. I remember in past these late April/early May weekends as feasts of Crappie, morels and fiddleheads. Gourmet wild harvest.Yum,Yum.

Seems like you have a few family issues to resolve. What a drag it is getting old.

Try throwing float/ white panfish tube jig along very north shoreline from Hurricane Pt. towards Bald lakes. Right along north shoreline is little shallow mud bottom fingers 2-5 ft. of water. Now is good time for searching by flipping float along shore.

Perfectly in synch audio/video of few dozen Danish high schoolers getting schooled. Can see every note played. Cranked this and went full screen. Still blown away 47 years later. -
Yup, my kids have to work hard and study just to keep up with changing technologies and mass of knowledge. All the older folks own everything and just sit on their cash and accumulated privilege and complain like the old days.

They should have used stinger hooks. I always stuck a small stinger on jigging rap at Quinte ice. it worked wonders. Great show. They should do it again and get TeamShimano (Ontario) back on.

A middle of April ice report. Great crappie fishing. Nice!

Canadian Sportfishing Industry Association....Doesn't really exist, just a room and address in Peterborough to collect mails. Run by a an American Shimano representative who lives in Arizona. This is post about being arrested for baiting hook with worm. As if it's a joke. http://ontariofishingcommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=81689&hl=%2Bfishing%2C+%2Bjail

This Uncut Angling 39 hours is best fishing show have watched in years. The twins caught dozens of 27 inch walleyes and Team Manitoba huge 30+ inchers. Amazing walleye fisheries out that way. Looking forward to the future episodes. Should be close.

Nice video! Guess you are in northeast Superior somewhere due to pink salmon.

There is quite a few decent spots on east side Boyd Island to beach a boat and camp. Have done it and others do still. Great fishing all through area. 11 guys on houseboat for 4 days, make plans to stop in Buckhorn, Bobcaygeon, Burleigh Falls or wherever for supplies and a walk/stretch for all.

Had place directly 800 meters or so across from houseboat party place (Reotzels island) on east shore Pigeon. You could hear partying on houseboats no problem especially on calm nights from over there.

Ya gotta get over east side Freshtrax. Can't stop watching this video. This is exactly how we used to do it. 12 fter launched off lake shore when Frenchmans Bay frozen. Good view of east outflow mid winter. Didn't know the one guy was Aaron Shirley. The other people with larger boats i chatted with launched from Bluffers Park and did run over. The fishing was that good. Fish every cast; huge brown, walleye, rainbow, white bass, etc....every cast of lipless crank.

With 16 ft. boat you should have no problem getting to east outflow. We used to drag 12 ft. across ice from west side Frenchman's when frozen. Good video of guys doing same thing getting to east outflow non-stop hammering fish. Met them out there before. Prevailing winds north or northwest most winter. It is winter fishery.

At least they are using their main players on T.V this spring training now. Gavin Floyd looks good so far might be mid relief or fill in starter. Tulowitzki and Martin are looking to be clubhouse leaders. Looking forward to this season.

A carp on 4 lb.leader with the big lake to run, nice. You did the work needed to get out there, The early mornings are still and fish filled. Took me a couple of times to figure that you had to go east side...insane fishing there. Nice going at least you know how to do it, next east.

Found this whole 3.5 kg beef tenderloin reduced to 24.99 Loblaw two days before best before. Tenderloin sometimes is "aged" purposely. http://smg.photobucket.com/user/shiffy/media/IMG_0272_zpshtt9bufv.jpg.html?sort=3&o=466 Broke it down to 15 pcs. or so filet mignon, tournedous, medallions, and top chunk for chateaubriand. http://smg.photobucket.com/user/shiffy/media/10989264_10152882515702517_1321725737881365718_n_zpsoeccw0e1.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 25 bucks.

http://www.centraloutboard.ca/ This place worked on old Johnson and Chrysler i had. They fixed them up and i didn't feel ripped off. Might be worth giving them a call. -
Pretty simple fishing there. Once you get to flow, troll to the top of flow discharge Put motor in neutral and drift back out and cast hardware, cranks etc. Get there right time it's fish caught trolling in, fish caught drifting out. Everyone there is friendly, orderly, chatty...and catching stuff.

Can't stress enough that for first time try to be there sunrise or sunset. Noon or midday will have you out in big lake thinking it sucks. Check out my old post tons of doubleheaders mixed species. Always was there sunrise or sunset get your place quick in east side outflow. Never had to use live bait just lipless cranks, shad or shadow raps.
