Went up to Waubaushene years ago to do some bass fishing with a couple of friends while we were still attending college. The water was fairly choppy, Had my first ever Colts cherry flavoured cigar, Buddy offered me another which I had, half an hour later starting to feel green we b lined it to shore, into the bush I ran, came out a few minutes later and a great deal lighter,,,,,,,,,,, never smoked anything but white fish since lol -

Hope you heal quickly, bought my wife a used 03 polaris last year for the same reason, no I did not roll it but the person sitting behind simply does not know which way to lean etc but I would not have the balls to jump a snowbank with her on the back, if I did she would would simply cross her legs everytime I saw her Your a Taurus,,,,,,you will be up and running on your own machine soon Cheers Lay on the couch relax and ring the bell everytime you need something, I would milk it for a couple of weeks for sure

Rick sorry to hear about your loss We had a cat that was 18 years old, passed just before we came up here, I still dream about her sometimes U obviously along with your family gave love to your pet friend and they in return sensing that love gave their love back to you, what special interaction between humans and pets, that of trust, loyalty and love That is a memorable gift that will stay alive forever, those memories will never die

If your leaning toward the sled line just for fishing the older air cooled tundras with the long track were great for us on Simcoe esp. if there was overflow on the ice. It would stay on top the majority of time while our liquid cooled would get bogged down. If you are patient enough you could score a good deal on a cheap machine and still be in the budget for a used atv which you could use for plowing or summer trails 8 years ago I looked for just over a year on kijiji for an atv. Finaly found one on a farm in Callender, got it for under 2,000, not a scratch on it, used it on Simcoe and Joe, still serving us well up in Yellowknife With Simcoe some years we just used the atv for ice fishing other years u needed a sled, it was all up to mother nature, combined our tundra and atv was 4,000

An eye for an eye Sounds like a country music song, sorry I had tears in my eyes especially with the Dukes of Hazard thing, its bizzarr how so many things could go so wrong in such a short period of time I am sure hopeful your property will be recovered in the very near future. I can imagine your frustration And I thought dealing with my 19 year old was challenging Best of luck -
I agree with u Fisherman The weather station staff, some of them have become preverbial whinners. "O it's minus 20 so u want to bundle up, skin can freeze in just a matter of seconds" or "It's a good day to stay inside with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book" aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhhhh Or they say "O we almost have winter beat, when they have only had it for 6 or seven weeks lol Some people love winter, no smog, pollution, blackflies... Winter starts here in early October , the pond freezes over by the 12th to 15th , and we can still ice fish in early May. At minus 47 there are people still bike riding to work, WHAT would the weather station say about that lol Then they complain that its to hot in the summer , stay inside with airconditioning, limit your outdoor activities sheeesh........ Thanks Fisherman U are not alone

Went out for my mile and a half walk yesterday had to pry off the belaclava a little firm it was but refreshing, wish I could download pics on this thing And dave u forgot we never have school bus cancellations or school closures. A couple of years ago when our son was in school still some of his friends did not initially believe us that they had school closure days down south not just for the snow but the cold. The high schools dont have busing for them . Just the public schools

My mom and dads old movie projector and a couple of reels and or the old projector with the rectangular slide trays ,,,,,,the one where you had to let the projector light cool down once in a while. They had so many movies and slides of the older brothers and sisters and just a few of myself because I was still pretty young, They were of countless family fishing adventures thru Algonquin Park, Callender, Sudbury, Manitoulin, Parry Sound etc. Dont know what happened to them but to have them would mean more than anything store bought
