  5. Hi All, I was beginning to go a bit stir crazy up here...has been 2 weeks since i got out. Despite the lack of fish on Lac Seul this trip, it was still an awesome day off in beautiful NW Ontario....just what my soul needed. I DECIDED TO TRY OUT MY UNDERWATER CAMERA HOUSING TODAY TOO....LOL....WITH MIXED RESULTS....BUT ITS A START! <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/9s94EtV1daQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> JUST AFTER TAKING THOSE SHOTS OF MY NEW GADGET, I NOTICED THE BAMBIS FEEDING WITH MUM OUTSIDE, ALWAYS COOL TO SEE. FALL IS DEFINITELY HERE, THE CHICKENS WERE EVERYWHERE ON THE TRIP UP. THE WIND HAD JUST STARTED TO PICK UP (CONTRARY TO THE WEATHER REPORT...SURPRISE SURPRISE) AS I ARRIVED AT THE LANDING. I DECIDED TO TRY TROLLING CRANKS AFTER SEEING LOTS OF REPORTS ABOUT IT, NO LUCK, BUT NICE DAY TO CRUISE ABOUT FOR A COUPLE HOURS. AFTER A WHOLE SERIES OF ISSUES THAT PUT A DENT IN MY INTENDED PLANS, I MANAGED ONLY 2 MORE WALLEYE (SMALL). BUT SOME NICE SIZED SMALLIES MADE UP FOR THAT. GOT BACK TO THE LANDING AT DUSK...ONLY ONE OTHER CREATURE THERE, NOT LONG BEFORE HE'S GONE SOUTH NOW. HERE IS THE VIDEO FROM THE DAY <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/idf0ZRC7E9E" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  6. Hi all, I went fishing around a week and a half ago and totally forgot to post a report....just found the video on my computer and realised i had not even watched it myself! Anyway...i went to a local pond to get some walleye for the table. Lots of jackfish in this lake, but lots of nice walleye too. Spinners and jigs with minnows and/or nightcrawlers were the bait, fish holding near...but not in...tall cabbage in 12 FOW. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/r14cHQa0E_g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  7. Holy ssschmokes....fat perch there BB. If they grew that big here i might even be tempted to eat one....lol.
  8. Nice going guys. Some really nice fishes there....MIke...you da man...putting an awesomeness goodly shedload of fish in yer boat. I gotta agree with Billy Bob....location is only part of the puzzle. As long as its not a small pond naming the body of water is all good in my opinion.
  9. Mike...dont sweat it...you did no wrong.
  10. Love that you just packed up and headed back to your original spot! Joey....those pics are amazing! The snake one is what i'm remembering at the moment but all of them were great! And that bug looks like a a wasp scorpion thingamabob...have no idea what it is ...but it aint friendly looking.
  11. good stuff Dan. those birds in the water are weird...but cool.
  12. LOL...i found this funny, especially the ladies east asian accent...very clever stuff. And yup...i need to go fishing....lol...i'm off to the lake. 'chatbot' argument
  13. Nice Jacques....enjoy the apple pie. BEWARE THE 'SWEDISH ELK'
  14. Rick...Rick...Rick.....everybody can tell thats the same bloody picture of that stringer you keep reposting Nice catch dude....and you are a lucky man living on blue Lake...that water looks soooooo nice....even nicer considering how hot its been here the last week or so.
  15. Stunning pictures RC...really beautiful.... cant complain about the wallies either eh?
  16. Congratulations Jacques! I really cant think of anything to add...... LOL...CONGRATULATIONS
  17. I just like the idea of calling moose 'Swedish elk', irrespective of the state of inebriation.
  18. Hi all, Yup...another Jack report...lol. He loves being out in the boat but fishing is definitely not the focus. Its just nice being out there with him. He is such a lovely person, great sense of humour, amazing imagination and great company...all wrapped up in a small, curly, redhead package. <iframe width="560" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2oMKkqFSSOc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  19. Interesting story from the BBC. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cambridgeshire-14806264
  20. Pretty damn excellent report IMHO. I also know what you mean about being as happy as the guy who cuaght it...good feeling helping someone out. Keep the reports coming Dana...who gives a sh^% about 400 ten foot muskies in 20 minutes anyway...not what fishing is about anyway in my book.
