I think what we will have when all is said and done will be Prohibition 2.0. The Libs are going to mess this file up in the worst way possible. I have friends who buy from Lp's and have tried half a dozen different suppliers and don't bother anymore due to the garbage they sell.

There is so much negativity about the games and rightly so. To the media it makes a better story and if you don't like sports nothing can make you watch. It's the athletes that make it great. The achievements and the dedication to training to get there is something spectacular in itself. Some of the upsets in competition and performances of a lifetime by up and comers can sure pull on the heart strings, at least with me anyhow. Go Canada Go!

I went through the same trauma last summer Lew. Had a nice bass boat for 20 yrs and it still looked new. Just wasn't using it anymore and when I did go fishing I usually took the 14 foot tinny. Yhe buyer made it easy for me and gave me my asking price. Told the old gal the only thing I loved more than that boat is bacon.... shes gone too.

I vaped for about a year. Only because I enjoyed it and wanted to quit smoking. The quit smoking was easy with the vaping. I preferred the 50/50 mix of juice. Seemed to taste better, my go to flavour was kiwi. Then one day my battery crapped out on me and I had to decide 40.00 for a new battery or stop vaping. I decided to stop vaping and haven't had a smoke or a vape in 6 months now no problem. I started with the 24mg juice and worked my way down to 6mg then quit.

Head up to the Ottawa Valley and launch at Deep River. Lots of beautiful empty beaches to camp on and the best part is its all free along the Ottawa River.

Old Ironmaker, I dont want to see children making the mistake of eating their parents stash and getting all high. But thats a sad excuse for not selling and manufacturing edibles. Why should I have to be responsible for other peoples kids. Thats their parents job, to be responsible for their own kids. AND jEDIMASTER way more houses burn down from kitchen fires and smoking in bed than grow ops catching fire probably by 1000 t0 1. How many houses have under age kids and stocked bars and liquor cabinets that are never locked and alcohol will kill a kid. Cannabis is non toxic in case you don't know.

Akrisonar, you are so correct. I for one will never buy cannabis from the LCBO ever. They can go and choke on it. The Premier is going to have it sold there you can count on it. As a matter of fact I buy very little booze from LCBO. Im 10 minutes from Quebec and cross the river for my booze. This is a huge new industry and everyone should be able to get in on it if they wish. Whether its growing, selling, manufacturing edibles etc. The consumer wants to buy from a store with experienced knowledgeable staff. The consumer will decide which businesses succeed and which do not.

The new cannabis task force is all but one or two prohibitionists. All cops, shrinks, and other doctors. How are these people experts on pot. I doubt if any of them have ever smoked a joint. The govt is going to mess this up in a big way.
