Cash a week before month end for their half the rent.. so you can cover the cheque at first of month. No money, they're out.. no second chances. Minimal "sleep overs" otherwise their's (or your) portion of the rent becomes 66% . And don't limit your choices to a guy... daughter and her male apartment mate get along great in their seperate rooms. Both are "attached" to others...

We stopped there on the 12th of November to pick up Dano on our way to BOQ. He bought and loaded a hut into his van before we left for Napanee in my Truck. Stated the sale had already been on for about 10 days and the huts had just come in that day. He'd been calling the store trying to get one. He wasn't taking a chance of waiting until Sunday and grabbed one on the Thursday. They had only received in 7 of the model he got ( I think the Yukon insulated roof). Pickins probably slim 2 weeks later.

There's no ice on Temagami yet.. not even anything up at Simon's in Dryden. Might be this week though... -8 each night. Georgian Bay water temp is currently 46.3 F as of yesterday afternoon. Weird year for sure.. we drove the truck out to the camp on Dec 22nd last year.. wont' be happening this year TFSure !

All I can tell you that during the moon majors while fishing the Larry, with the one eyed cyclops staring down at us even, the duck hunters were blasting at ducks and we were hauling in fish. Things were fairly quiet outside the major and minor moon phases on both duck shots and fish hooked!! Was gonna try the 7:18 to 9:18 major this morning.. but there was a little, ship mate, incident this morning that put us an hour behind.... We did get a rip during the 2:01 to 3:01PM major this afternoon though!

Let me get out a couple more times before the season ends for Muskie.. before you want the season shortened for them as well. Your better halfs name isn't Pam by chance...

Tom Smith Chev Olds did the one on my '98 GMC Sierra last year... It was $625 for the arm/switch assembly and $165 labour to install it. Of course that wasn't what was really wrong with the windshield wipers... It's the gear box neutral switch and clutch like I told them... Sad that we're a remove, throw away and replace society now. What ever happened to guys that knew how to repair stuff and not todays replacement technicians.

I've googled the crap out of it.. can't find anything. Guy shot a Moose that was crossing his property in Coldwater and took it to the butchers. Shared a portion of the meat with his buddy. Radio reported $4000 fine to him and $700 fine to his buddy... there is no Moose season in this area !
