Good luck with your search John I was having a hard time finding a good solid millwright for a job we had posted it was tithe point that we were going to bring a headhunter in Had 1500 lookers at the posting and 2 resumes I brought one in and by the time I got him a quater of the way into the machines he was responsible for plus the day to day grind he looked like he saw the reaper and was going to have kittens It's tough there are a lot of big projects going on around the country and the cream or long timers are tied up. I don't see a lot of interest in getting dirty with the new generation not bashing them but not seeing a backfill happening could get very ugly in the near future as the majority of what's out there start hanging up the tools Peter

Well you know what's wrong it's not hard for the price you pay for the mech buy a basic rachet set take the starter off take it to a starter shop and get them to rebuild it or just take it off ask them to match the spring and do it yourself you plan it right done in a day just saying it's not rocket science you may lose a little DNA though Cheers Peter

I want to say first I have a deep respect for police and the job they do!!! That being said this turd was way out of line..... a kid on an empty bus with a small knife 2 cops with guns (where was the taser) and all the time in the world to keep him on the bus and wait for a dog anyway he was way out of line after the second shot not to mention the next 8 this guy should not be on the street his butt should be in a cell awaiting his appeal this is really bad optics and just plain wrong he should be banned for life from firearms and never be allowed to be a cop anywhere and before it happens his situation was secure and he was not in danger it was way over the line put him in general I certainly don't want to pay for his special treatment turds should be flushed my 2 cents Peter
