I stay at B&B when traveling if possible. Marketing is your first priority and that's a great web site. It must be easily googled. To buy priority words is expensive so you might join a co-op. Private entrance is nice and sitting area. Price is all over the map. Would suggest a road trip google Some B&B that fit your place and do some market research.

I've own the Strikemaster 4 stroke for about 4 years it's very light 23lbs. Don't think it would stand up to Quad travel, it has plastic flutes on the drill and is generally very light. Cuts ice good but is bad for icing up around the blades. I spray it with Pam regular and don't have to much problem. Strikemaster will not admit any problem. I still wouldn,t trade it for both Jiffy 3hp I've owned. Garnet

The amber lenses are by far the most versatile. With a prescription those wrap around models are out and multiple lens color. Garnet

All that floating timber looks scary and mostly Gambler bass boats. Garnet

One thing I do with flouro is let it sit on the spool for a few days. It seems to fit the spool better after a few days and handle easier. 95% of my fishing is Spider Thread Braid XPS BPS Flouro with a triple surgeons knot, the only mono is leaders for top water poppers. Garnet

It was Durham Region Anglers Assoc. and Bowmanville Creek Anglers Assoc. that got the Atlantic Program started. We had a meeting with Ministry of Natural Resource Newman in his office about Salmon stocking. Atlantics are a heritage species and we got browns stocked in small numbers in Oshawa Creek,Bowmanville Creek and a couple locations out east when we were there. There was a MNR policy to not stock Chinook east of the Rouge, we but 7&8 clubs in a room developed a plan that included research materiel, coverage in local news papers, additional press releases and had that policy dropped. The MNR took a bus trip fact finding trip to New England, New Hampshire and New Brunswick to strat off the Atlantic program. I believe the only person that read all the study's and reports was me. One thing I remember is that the Atlantic in prints to the creek and the location in the creek so any stock stocking should be in smaller #'s in every hole. And the most damming thing is they are suckers for flashy spoons and spinners, with our charter boats they don't stand a chance. I really haven't seen any stream work directly focused on the Atlantic program so the money is being wasted. Garnet

You can tell those right turner can't compete by the number of ringers that lost. Red Byron gets a vote. Garnet

It's true MNR have given permits for scientific reasons to fishing shows and angler groups. I personally had one to fish for Atlantic 25 years ago. Unfortunately major rain blew out the creeks and I never used it. Garnet

I am a 100% user of the resource. To me that means I fish for fun,I fish for competition and I fish to eat. Nobody should feel bad about keeping 1 salmon or 1 Steelhead for some roe. But you should do everything in your power to consume the whole fish or at less bury it under your rose bush (maybe that's my roses look bad). Gutting it and leaving the carcass just shows no respect. It's true salmon were stock to control alwives, yesterday I seen 50-60 salmon working reds in a very short stretch of Bowmanville Creek and 5% natural reproduction from eggs would be very good. Ran in to a guy with your problem, couldn't get out of ramp. After a little conversation I convinced him to try a little weight on his front tires. We opened his hood an set 2 25lb anchors on flat spots I didn't even push out he went. Garnet

Look at the battery storage area if theirs room for 2 more 13 inch batteries or room for 3. Now how big of water are you fishing. How long of shaft is a concern? The answer is go big or stay home. Garnet

One mistake is to fire a great big cast and clunk your motor in the gear and start trolling. What you should do is clunk and then start 10-15 feet behind the boat stop the line with your finger no weeds no bottom contact let 10-15 ft out still no weeds or bottom contact keep letting out line slowly. When you get weed/bottom contact if it's just ticking it's good if it's pulling hard raise your rod up and reel in some line drop your rod down. It's a never ending process to find that sweet spot put the results will be worth it. Garnet

What type of line do you use For Flipping/pitching?

I'd be skipping 30 lb Spider Thread on spinning and might go to a flouro leader. Garnet -
