I cook fish many different ways. Type of fish changes the coating. Rainbow last year was baked in foil with olive oil and bagel all spice.

Put the oil in a bottle and let it sit overnight. Then you can how much water is in the oil.

Ok so an alarm if low oil in reservoir but may not be pumping oil. Plus Age of engine is saying to premix. Any known issues with these engines? Thanks Terry.

1996 merc 90hp oil injection. friends engine. Not mine. Haven’t seen it yet. If oil injection fails does it alarm or just go boom? Would you disconnect oil injection and mix in tank? he is trying to go fishing any help is appreciated.

I checked the forecast earlier today. Looks like winters over. Another year and no ice fishing for me. I can’t remember the last time. Must be eight years ago. I still have fun I just do other things.

I think the best fish I’ve ate was chef prepared BC salmon with a light maple syrup glaze.

Boats take a lot of energy to move. Imagine the size of the battery it would take to replace 20gal of gas. It takes two big batteries to run a trolling motor.

Battery is expensive. I do 250km on trips. It’s still 20y away for most boats.

Just watched the history of Lund on the fishing network. Great show. 75years of fishing boat. They said Mr. Pike was the change to a real fishing machine.

This reminds me of the time jimmy said “it’s not too ruff to Downrigg” as 6’ waves pounded my car topper. I drove through about ten waves then timed a trough and got back in.
